Me and my boyfriend (both 23) have been going through a rough patch recently.

I told him I needed to speak to him as something personal was really upsetting me and he proceeded to tell me that he was busy as his 'friend' (who he has met once) was upset and he was on a facetime call to her. This friend is a heroin addict and seems to have recently relapsed.

I left him to support his friend and then expected him to contact me straight after they had finished talking. I found out he was actually playing videogames and said he would contact me later. I expressed my hurt that he would drop his videogames for this random girl and not for his girlfriend and he said in these exact words "when you want to stop being a d***head, ring me back" and put the phone down.

I think I already know that this is showing me a complete lack of respect. I know you will tell it to me straight- am I being made a fool out of?
