She was on TV for over 20 years and got called out for being a horrible boss. Abuse is abuse. She's 1 woman out of how many countless men that have lost their jobs for lesser accusations. And she wasn't immediately fired after her allegations. She got to come back and put on a show for another whole year. Most men in her situation were fired before getting to share their side of the story, let alone getting to come back to work at all! Fuck Ellen.

Typical privileged, wealthy woman blames ‘men’ when held to the same standard of behaviour they demand from everyone else.

For too long this type of bullying behaviour perpetrated by females has been largely accepted by society however, the general public are beginning to recognise and acknowledge the bias and harm caused. The overuse of the go-to excuse that the ‘patriarchy’ are always to blame rather than the actual perpetrator has worn thin and are finally beginning to acknowledge that people are responsible for your own behaviour, regardless of gender - still a long way to go though, if she had been male, she would have been fired as soon as an allegation was made.

It's interesting how "shocked" and "surprised" they were when this all came out. How is that even possible?

I'm not a very smart man, nor can I read people very well. But Ellen DeGeneres, how could you not see it? Back when she had her own sitcom in the 1990's, and I saw her doing interviews and stand-up on the late night talk show circuit, I could see right through her then that she was so full of herself and putting on such an act. You could easily see that she thought she was above everyone else, and had that snobby elitist way about her. She always came off to me as just being totally fake and arrogant, and when she wasn't in-front of a camera, was a mean and rude person. That's just from casual observance of her.

Even when I came across her daytime talk show before all of this stuff came out, her interviews were bland, and she seemed completely uninterested with everyone. It always looked like having to be friendly and put on a smile was extremely difficult work for her.
