It is a fairly simple deal. Equal rights, equal responsibilities; unequal responsibilities, unequal rights. That should be clear to anyone, regardles of gender, sexuality, race, or any other aspect of our lives that we haven't chosen.

I just read that article, it's a real blood boiler.

Here's where I'm at with it. I don't expect women to do what men do. I don't expect them to be as moral, as sacrificing, or as decent. Not on an interpersonal level and certainly not on a large-scale social level. Large scale data, and personal observations, have born this truth out.

Painfully. Again and again. And again.

I've learned that the kind of honor and dignity I seek to embody, and look for in the people I spend time with, is rare, and that my mistake has been giving the collective of woman so many chances. There are a few unicorns, and I'll do right by them.

So, here's my new philosophy. Same rules for everybody. Same standards for everybody. Objective, cold, and impersonal. Those who can measure up, earn whatever respect a given accomplishment affords them, man or woman, black or white. Those who don't, those who lie, and try to worm themselves into the same light as the honorable, strong, moral, and intelligent, aren't my people.

When I see someone in a uniform, I assume they're a janitor, or a mechanic. I assume their answering emails, or spend their days filing paperwork. There's no shame in any of that. There's even respect in a lot of that.

But it isn't the same respect I feel for men who helicoptered into jungles under gun fire, or who spend a winter freezing their ass, and their leg, off in a crap filled ditch in Europe. Those men are warriors.

I respect warriors differently than I respect retired accoutnants. That's just the plain truth.

You can where a uniform. You can work your ass off. You can suffer in the heat of a sun-soaked garage in the desert. You can were a patch on your jacket, that says your part of a group, who had to lower their standards just to let you in. This doesn't enhance your reputation. This just lowers the reputation of the group you slithered into.

And everyone knows it.

This just proves a theory I've had about these people where they are that fucking brainwashed they don't consider what they're doing is wrong. When you point out their hypocrisy to conscription or any other serious issue everyone should be in agreement on like female paedophiles, rapists and abusers that is when you can truly call them insane.

It's worth pointing out, not only do they not consider themselves hypocrites and have zero self-awareness because they've redefined the concept of equality itself to suit their narrative they think that they're the moderates in this society simply by staying away from the 'radical feminists' yet they still believe in anti-male conspiracy theories. To help people understand the mentality of the average mentality, others do not consider them moderates, but they consider themselves moderates and to them that's all that matters, it also helps me understand why they consider everybody who disagrees with them 'far right' or 'right wing' and it's because they seriously think they're the moderate leftists in the movement.

This may look ridiculous, but to them it's a viable point, which is why we will never convince them they've made up their own rules in this world and they act on them based on those rules which is why they will never consider what they're doing is wrong. People need to be made aware that's how the average feminist thinks especially anyone who thinks they can convince these nutcases.

For example I got a feminist to define patriarchy for awhile back and it was nothing like the dictionary definition and this is why when they rant about 'men' and the patriarchy they don't view themselves as being discriminatory. This is really how they think about the world and it is worth pointing out and that is how they make these idiotic arguments when it comes to stuff like conscription being male only with a straight face.

Regardless, I'm not an advocate for female conscription. Men and women are not physically equals. Men are larger and stronger and have a higher potential for physical ability. We also don't need as many men as we do women to maintain our society, if we end up in a situation where we need full and mandatory conscription to protect our society.

We need to stop acting as if men and women are the same. We need to accept that we can afford the same rights where possible, and try our best to minimize the areas where they aren't possible (such as doing everything we can to avoid situations where have to mobilize half our population as soldiers to fight a war).

No, men and women are different. We have different bodies with different capabilities. There are some basic rights that we can focus on respecting that are applicable to all of us, but there will be some things men are called upon to do and some things that women will be called upon to do. We do need to recognize that fact and honor those who meet those obligations, but we can't pretend like the sexes are the same.

It is possible for two things to be different without one being superior to the other.
