I'm not necessarily looking for statistics on why it's needed (unless an eye-opening statistic was what led you to the MRM), but more actual personal stories. How did you realize it was a thing to begin with? What experiences did you have that led you to your thought processes on the subject?

I see an awful lot of bullet points and stats, and a lot of generalization about gender, etc, but I'm very interested in what happened in your life, specifically, that opened your eyes. It's not a very prominent movement overall, although it's becoming moreso, and I'm a curious person.

Me, I don't necessarily know that I'm in anyone's court, specifically. I've known awful people and wonderful people of both genders, and I tend to think that everyone has their unique struggles. But we're all bombarded every day with personal anecdotes as to why we 'need feminism', and the other side of the coin is often overlooked.
