So a few points. If you are still waking with morning erections or able to achieve an erection during masterbation then you ate likely having psychological issues. That will get better with time. If you aren't having erections at all or major issues alone, then you should see a doctor and get checked for diabetes, hypertension and a full work up.

Honestly, you are going through a really rough and emotionally traumatic time right now man. Everyone’s situation is different, and everyone is going to handle it differently. I feel the same way, not necessarily an ED issue but just no drive to sleep with anyone right now. Might just be me, but I’d take some time and just focus on yourself right now 👍

I couldn’t keep it hard for a while and eventually started trying pills which would vary in terms of efficiency. It lasted for maybe two to three months, mainly due to emotional/mental issues from my divorce, i felt guilty that it wasn’t my wife plus I had been cheated on so you can imagine that’ll ruin your confidence (she’d been having an affair). Eventually it started working again .

When I started dating again I found myself drinking alcohol and caffeine or smoking way more than usual or necessary. Also wasn’t getting much sleep talking to girls or going out. I am not as horny in general after my divorce. I think it's 100% a mental thing.

Please tell the woman you are interested in before hand. I don’t have sex regularly and have faced similar issues in the past. so when I do get into situation I start mentioning few points. 1. I love to please and will take care of you. 2. I dot. Have sex regularly and need some time, patience and foreplay. 3. Just because my body is not ready doesn’t mean I am not attracted to you. .. you can + and -. Lots of women dig it when you are open about your sexuality. I've decent interest in sex. My wife actually has a higher drive than me and that helps a lot, but sometimes I have the same issue. Difficult to get/keep it up at night. (no issues in the morning though -- if I'm not still asleep then I'm good to go). Pretty sure my testosterone levels are ridiculously low and I need to get them taken care of. My wife doesn't seem to mind, though -- I'm apparently really good at everything else that can be done.

Divorce fucks you up really badly mentally. Try and be understanding with your body. Time will heal. Obviously the other men in here have some good insight into health concerns I have no idea about your physical health.

And… I’m sure you may not want to hear this but maybe take some time before introducing a partner.

Likely stress, first few weeks doing my divorce agreement I couldn’t do anything. After a month or two everything was back to normal, once stress was gone. I wouldn’t sweat it, probably you body telling you to go enjoy yourself for a bit, exercise hobbies and it will magically your little guy will be annoying like before lol
