Okay guys I have contacted a lady I had a relationship with about a year ago and proposed a strictly physical relationship. The one rule listed about expenses relates to costs in traveling, we live about 45 minutes apart and she is worried about the cost of gas. In an ideal situation what would you add to this list?

1. No kids involved.
2. No sleeping with others during the duration of this agreement.
3. We deal with our crap in therapy.
4. Complete honesty.
5. No repeats of last time. Time to process. Discussion. Any changes to this agreement are thoroughly discussed prior to making them. No cutting me off cold turkey again.
6. This is not dating. It's sex.
7. We respect each others' privacy. Tell no one.
8. Unprotected sex since your last panel means you need to be tested. Responsibility matters.
9. We agree to communicate about expenses.
10. Open communication about the sex; wants, wishes, desires, etc
