So, I (27M) have been married to my wife (28F) for 5 years. We were highschool sweethearts. Met at our conservative Christian church, and rushed into buying our first home and getting married. It was great at first. We loved each other. And I still do (as does she), but over the years, we've both changed and have grown into significantly different people.

I spend my days working my main job (IT Architect) for 8-9 hours a day, then do consulting work for another 2-4 hours a day and some weekends. Financially, we are well off. No complaints. Perfect lifestyle some would say. No reason to not be happy, others would say.

Well, i haven't been happy since our honeymoon. I give my wife the world. 2 date nights a week, vacations twice a year, gifts, quality time, i cook, i clean. I try to be the perfect husband, but i receive nothing in return. I've never had a cooked dinner or any mean. I do the cleaning and I take care of all the bills as well.

I can't deal with my life anymore. I see no escape from this relationship. I feel stuck. I don't want to break her heart. I have spoken my feelings to her many times and she does make small changes but they only last a week or so. I'm just scared of the shame that I'll feel from leaving this relationship. She has no fault. She's never been unfaithful. I just can't continue to be unhappy.

Please, Men, tell me what i should do?

To add: basically non-existent sex life. Maybe 3 times a month on a good month

Also no kids
