I’m not really very surprised that males are against women having high standards when it’s painfully obvious that they want easy access for notning in return. What pisses me off is the huge amounts of friends, mothers, aunts, family, co-workers that are women also AND play into the whole.. “not all males want that and at least they’re honest” but then turn around with “your standards will keep you single” “your standards are shallow and wrong morally” when it comes to women? It’s almost like pick me women go after women because even they know women are easier targets, they wouldn’t dare talk back to an abusive pedophilic male but are quick to scream and dox/sell out a fellow woman for the dumbest reasons. There is a large amount of reasons behind this, historically speaking women were pitted against each other literally under duress of losing their lives, but it doesn’t make it any less frustrating.

This is what I want for our culture and for the women of the world. I want women to be and demonstrate anger when a man requests that she be a free prostitute (that is what FWB is). Most women in these FWB arrangements let a guy show up at her place, pump and dump after zero foreplay and then pretend that they don’t feel empty inside or attempt to rationalize away their feelings (which are driven by hormones they cannot control with their thoughts) about why they feel empty inside. Also, they will let a man kick her out of his bed and make sure she doesn’t spend the night even though she risked pregnancy and STIs for the encounter. “It is so empowering to be treated like literally disposable garbage after sharing the most intimate act 2 humans can engage in,” claim liberal feminists!

It is not my intention to shame women who have done the “casual sex”/FWB/situationship scam because I have been there. But please stop the madness!

Spending money on you is indeed the bare minimum. HOWEVER, to think that because he is spending money on you, he is interested is not necessarily true. I know of more than one man who showers money on to the women he is 'dating' or on the waitresses (think 100% of the alcohol tab as the tip at every visit) at the bar just so to get her in his bed. Men will go to extreme lengths to bone you and then kick you out of their lives. Let him pay (if he cannot then he's not worth it anyway) but don't use it as a criteria to gauge his intent. "If he wants to he will" is a good mantra to go by. Men will also go to GREAT lengths to pursue the woman they are serious about. In general be wise about who you let play with the kitty unless of course you have a rhino's skin and can remain unemotional about anything that comes with the experience. You know yourself the best. Or at least should.

I think that the more out of your league a man thinks he is the harder he wjll work for getting you to bed, and sometimes the harder you make it for him the more he will work for it.

I’m still emotionally messed up from how a recent guy I dated clearly only went after me for sex. I think he knew that I wasn’t gonna be an easy lay when he invited me to his place to make dinner together (an invitation I wasn’t very excited about and at the time since I was going through a nervous breakdown was backing up into not using my mind at times) and when I said no a few times he still put his hand in my pants and touched me there (I think that’s sexual assault?) didn’t invite me for a follow up date.

I ended up having sex with him just to screen him as I felt myself falling for him and figured that if he was in it only for sex that that would be a way of filtering him 😩 so stupid I know... I mean smart if I had known that I wouldn’t have gotten hurt emotionally so bad for it. I overestimated my strength, no screw that, it’s not about strength. It was just a very poor decision based off the assumption that it would be better to have sex sooner and find out on the 6th dated than on the 15th or 20tj date by which point the pain would’ve been unbearable.

Just the sheer fact that I felt I had to do that to screen him was a sign it probably wasn’t very good. I should’ve had a conversation with him instead and watched his reaction. At the same time maybe I used it as an excuse to get his paws off me as he would not stop touching me and I was getting exhausted from having to fight his endless groping so I technically initiated sex even though I didn’t even want it. It was awfully. And then seeing the smug expression on his face it looked just like this 🤡

Honestly it’s one thing to want to have sex with a lot of women, that’s ok. There’s plenty of women that wjll be happy with a one night stand.

But it’s another thing to have sex as a power move using manipulation just so you can have sex with people who are not interested in sex for sex.

Honestly once I realized the depravity of men thanks to FDS and that experience I realized that I don’t owe any man “5the benefit of the doubt “ and have learned to see each man as a potential mindf woman hating psycho.

Ya men complain about goldiggers while women complain about getting violated in the most personal and psychologically scarring way possible. At least if you marry a golddiger you’ll have married someone who loves you too, the desire for wealth and love are not mututally exclusive.

Oh how I despise men. I’ve become really bitter towards them too which makes me kinda sad, BUT I’d rather be bitter and realistic than a sad supressed pickmeisha who pretends “not all men”.

And older men aren’t any better. This guy was 42 and I thought due to his age he’d be nicer 🤣

FDS is about fighting emotional and sexual abuse from men, the kind of abuse society deems acceptable 😢

Yes what you say about taking a break like that is so important! I took 1 month off and am slowly easing my way back into it. And it’s totally different this time as I’m laying my boundaries down and not budging... and I have also promised myself to keep them up and slowly lower them when the guy redeems himself trustworthy.

I think the hardest part isn’t going into it cautiously, it’s maintaining that vigilance as your heart is falling for him and all you see are stars and rainbows... I’ve seen sometimes on FDS warning to not crush on a guy or put him on a pedestal. It’s sad that we can’t let ourselves go, that there are men who will date you just for the power trip of the conquest (truly I thought this pertained to younger men 😭😩 only and that they grew out of that “stage”). The “pump and dump” ugh I hate that phrase but also like it as it so poetically summarized how men are. I think staying on FDS, giving support to my fellow sisters, espcially when you feel those wings of love starting to spread, will help keep my eyes open. Reading FDS is a bit like the Bible to me (no disrespect with that analogy), even though you might think you understand the basic concepts we have to keep going over them and contemplating them and integrating them into the essence of who we are.

Huh. The way I was the one who pushed for sex in the beginning, initiated most of the time, felt as though I was begging at times, how he told me our relationship was more than just sex and how I was “more than a hole” to him (pickme self said “3 holes”…) extremely convincingly.

All these things for over a year that really, really made it seem like I was the one who wanted it more. He said I used him for sex even though I never had an orgasm so I guess it was out of bordem and my being affection-starved that I “used” him for sex, supposedly and he still gave up on us.

He forced me to block him (exhibiting behaviors he knew damn good and well I wouldn’t tolerate!) and a year and a half later he stalks me at work. Guess he misses these holes, huh? Doesn’t make sense when he could pay a hooker since he “used” to use those.
