Omg tell me about it! Went on a date with a guy who said his height was 168. Turned of I think he's about 160 cm. I am 163 and I was wearing heels that date too.

The height differences is just too stark to ignore. The audacity to lie however, is not forgiveable.

She stated her height after all! 5'9'' is about 175 cm, so she is quite above average. Height isn't only a male issue, a lot of women get shamed or feel insecure for being too tall, because it is considered "less feminine". If she can be honest about her height, he should be so too.

I once had a guy ask me how tall I was when I was ON MY WAY to the date, then inform me he was 5’2” and “it’s never been an issue, but I just want to make sure you’re cool with it”. Uhuh. I’m 5’5”, if a guy checks other boxes, height doesn’t matter. But waiting that long to tell me? No.

More recently, had a guy list he was 5’5”, again, he seemed cute and my type otherwise so I went on a date with him. When I tell you this man could not have been taller than 5’, I mean I was a head above him. Dude didn’t bat an eye. They have no shame. That encounter ended with me literally shooing him away while I waited for a cab.

I am SO sick of this! This is literally the main reason I’m still single. 90% of the dates I’ve been on in the last three years have screeched to a halt over a serious omission or outright lie. These men are DELIBERATELY wasting my time, the selfish motherfucking scrotes. They KNOW I wouldn’t give them the time of day if they were honest upfront, and hoped (I assume) that they are hot/charming/wealthy enough to get me to at least agree to keep their dicks wet if not a relationship. They’re all wrong in that assumption.

I'm 6'2" and the lvm circus seems to come to town whenever I'm on a dating app. I put it specifically on my bio that if you have a problem with my height, don't dm me. They still dm, and pretend they don't care. I got many first dates that ended in less than 5 minutes. "You're not allowed heels when you're with me" is a never-fail statement across the board. So is the "we're all the same size laying down" 🤢🤡

I've dated a few lvm with who I've invested a few months into, until they either broke up with me because their friends made fun of them, or until they told me that I could only wear flats, or they're sick of people giving us weird looks. The same men claim they have a hard time dating because they're short. Along comes a tall woman who's open, and they shoot her down and call her an Amazon. I wonder why tall women won't date men with napoleon complexes.
