There were 2 people standing on the street next to a car, probably the car they came in to the Labor Day Weekend get-together next door. Keep in mind, I couldn't capture everything that was said; it was like a jigsaw puzzle, so I'll just put snippets of what I heard and you can try to gauge from that. I'll label the man M and the woman W. These are not verbatim statements but I'm trying to convey the idea. I also must have forgotten some things.

M: When have I ever called you a bitch? It was just a shitty joke in response to when you asked me "Who are you trying to look good for?" You can give me a joke but you can't take it when I give a joke?

W: I told you before, I don't like being called that word even if it's a joke.

M: How many times have I told you that you are the best thing that ever happened to me? Now I'm really getting fucking irritated!

(there was some banter of him talking to her about leaving him alone on the highway or something; I couldn't catch it all)

W: I'm going to go get my keys.

M: You're really going to do this? Fine, I don't want to drive your retarded ass home.

(I'm not sure how they were going to leave in separate cars if they came together, but I did end up seeing the man going into another car, closing the door, and I hear music blaring from it; looks like they are both still there but sitting in their separate cars or something)

The argument was loud enough such that all the neighbors could tell there was an argument going on. All I know is that even if a man talked to me just once this way, I would be totally turned off permanently from him and would not want to continue such relationship with him. This may sound like a rhetorical question here, but do I have to tolerate this even if it just happens once? I don't want any man to use curse words at me or talk to me like that ever, even if he got upset at me for something. It's a complete turn-off.
