Given the above is about a one time encounter, I assume it greatly increases if the male is infected and continues having sexual encounters with her.

If her brain works anything like mine does (now), it’s specifically because she might bear his scroty little child that she insists on using condoms. I had a miscarriage with a FWB while using BC and it was a rude awakening that even with BC I was giving him a tiny chance of passing on his genes and he did not need to be a father. Scared me to the point where I won’t have sex at all now unless the guy will at least be a good dad, no kid deserves that. He’s mad because subconsciously he knows that she doesn’t want his decrepit sperm getting any chance and it hurts his little fee fees.

Tangentially, I’ve heard guys discuss how they get off on the fact that their sperm has the ability to essentially infiltrate our wombs and there’s nothing we can do about it short of an abortion.
