Just told my male roommate this a couple weeks ago how he wasn't attractive enough for me to think of him in that way. He was on break with his gf at the time (who also is my roommate blah 🤮). Fast forward to now and he no longer offers to take me places, when we're both in the kitchen he doesn't speak to me like he used to (no more friendliness its more straightforward and courteous now with no friendly banter). He swore up bad down me turning down his offer for "casual non comittal sex" wouldn't change anything but now he's pouting whenever I enter a room lol. It's so petty but I'm unbothered because I'm about to graduate undergrad with almost no debt and what little I have is from a textbook loan while he and his gf are drowning in student and car debt they can't pay back lol. I don't feel sorry for her she treats me weird too and she chose to be with him so it's not my problem.

Exactly it's hilarious how people can't handle when women are honest and upfront. Like sorry I don't care to care for someone feefees when many times in my life no man or some assholish women never care for my feelings. I'm done being considerate when others are not considerate towards me lmao. Also, being nice and considerate didn't get me far with these assholes being assertive and being a bitch at times gets me far.

It makes them splutter with rage and also understand that you're not to be fucked with because manipulation won't work on you.

Reminds me of something that happened between me and my ex about 4 years ago when he started to get lazy in the relationship and I said I wanted us to go out on dates (dude was a physician, he could afford to take me out every night of the week and still not hurt)
One day some time after I confronted him about feeling taken for granted, he texted me to say that one of his patients had emailed him to ask him out for a drink. He said that the nurses were joking that he should go.
I replied with, “Oh that’s so fun! It looks like we both have dates: My friend Will wants to introduce me to his friend Cody. He’s straight edge” (my ex knew I highly respected that)
Next, my ex: “Well at least my date likes to have fun”
Me (pulling a line straight from Why Men Marry Bitches): “Well it does sound like a promising opportunity. I don’t want to interfere and I wouldn’t want you to make the wrong decision. If you want to see other people, that’s fine. See if you like her and let me know when you’ve made your decision.”
The guy did a 180 so fast that I got whiplash as he texted me freaking out about how he didn’t want us to see other people and he was just worried that I was getting bored of him 🤦🏼♀️🙄 Following that, we began to go out to dinner weekly.

Wow just happened this with a guy friend. He commented something about my behavior. I told him I don’t like it and never liked it. And not going to tolerate anymore. He threw tantrums and complained how he cannot talk with me freely and gave ultimatum that he will never bring any personal topic with me.
