He's blocked everywhere, so he's forced to email me. I don't respond. He lives in another state now. I haven't seen him in 2 years. He's apparently dating someone that lives on my street! It's a pretty populated city, not a coincidence. Stay safe. Don't date scrotes.

Please go file a police report and try to get a restraining order. Actually, respond to this email that if he contacts you again you will get one. And go make a report and see if you qualify based on this threat.

Nono no. Someone said get a restraining order etc. Don't do that. It can be dangerous and keep escalating this behavior. Read the gift of fear. Ignoring him is your best option. If you respond by restraining orders etc you can actually escalate such behavior. Seriously women has been murdered by escalating with restraining orders etc. Read that book. Seriously. It can save your life.
