Went to the mall today and I saw so many men with the tiniest little Victoria's secret bag. Truly the most low effort gift because:

A) any lingerie type gift is going to be for his pleasure, not hers

And B) the only thing that could fit in such a tiny bag is a thong or panties... which cost like $15

As someone who hates cooking but cooks a lot because I’m trying to eat healthy…yeah no, this doesn’t really exist.

Anyone who knows how to cook even the basics is going to have a reasonable idea of how much time/effort things take, and isn’t going to be impressed by your baked chicken and potatoes, no matter how pretty they look. And most do the really fantastic-tasting “low-effort” foods take a lot of skill to make.

But I welcome this dude trying, because the total lack of effort might inspire his girlfriend to dump him!

What I don’t like is if a guy makes a meal you’re supposed to be over the top about it. “WOW!!!!! MUCH ROMANCE!”

I can’t ever do it. I can’t fake it. They end up disappointed… like me when I was stuck eating their pasta.
