This is true. I have male friends who used to be cheap af in college. Now that we have real jobs, when we go go out they're just casually like, oh I'll get it. Men like to provide. Let them.

Then once they have status and money, they dump their pickmeishas and bob the builder chicks for new women that they actually want who never paid attention to them prior to his new wealth and status. These men try to impress these women with weath and status. So men love gold diggers.

Be careful of being the woman who he is using to build himself up to get the woman who he actualy wants.

Facts. My bf is a doctor and he helps me in ways beyond money. For example: I broke my elbow two weeks ago, really badly. He drove 2 hours to meet me in the ER, and got me an appointment w a really great orthopedic surgeon (who did his fellowship at Harvard), came to all my appointments (giving me that sweet sweet “this patient is dating a doctor here” privilege, which is 1000% a thing). He got me in the operation room in less than 3 days from the break. Men who CAN hook you up w the upgrade are happy to and it gives them a lot of pride/validation.

True! I've been the one on the receiving end. He came into a bit of money and wanted to show off, never asked him to spend a cent, money ran out and then it was all home dates. Knew I was out of his league and said so, I was like, ok I really am, bye.

If Gold diggers are women who would only date someone that can afford a living and then extra, then ladies, we're in for a cold awakening! I laugh so hard at men who think they should be given a break from being "bread winners" and having their finances not in the dump... No, a woman has 40% of your muscle strength per average, is pressured by social demands at every step, has to always hit her head on the glass ceiling and deal with periods and childbirth... You also want her to be OK and accepting that:

A) you either don't have a job & live with your parents/ buddies/ ex college friends

B) you would rather buy the new PS5 and games rather than invest financially and get some decent food, exercise and self care (including mental care, bc you're investing in yourself also)

C) you'll always be broke when it comes to dates and vacations

D) you live by a salary only and are incapable of finding secondary sources of revenue ( aka you're lazy and stupid)

E) you will never amount to much and your only goal is for her to lower her expectations (because you can't get your shit together even though you want to be treated like a man who is husband material and will be able to take care of a family)

F) you want all the good things in life but are incapable to assume responsibility for your lack of effort

G) you are afraid she'll steal all your money because you're just a fibancial hustler and bad at finances in general (you"buy" a ferrari but don't have money to eat better food and your rented house has mold)

So yeah... These men "who hate goldies" are nothing but men that should be getting what is coming to them. A wake up call that their life is in the dumps, that their financial choices are awful, that they cannot make more money and stand up to other men. Instead they complain about the women... No woman should give these men a break. If they like so much to flood us with "it's only natural" and more hunter-gatherer or neanderthalian bs, then compete like the male animals you compare yourself with from the natural world. Just saying
