This is just straight abuse. She has a serious disorder/illness and he's purposefully triggering it because he thinks it's funny. That's like setting off fireworks to trigger a veteran with PTSD.

I suffer from this sleep disorder myself, and I would be beside myself if my husband and father of my children did something to trigger it for a laugh. It’s legitimately terrifying. People with this disorder have numerous other co-occurring conditions. He’s heartless and cruel. What a disgusting person.

There was a dude I went out with who thought it was cute to lift my skirt. It was a workout skirt with shorts under, but it bothered me. When he first did it in public I pulled my skirt back down and told him not to do it. He then did it again almost immediately after. I warned him that I don’t don’t it funny and please not to do it. He did it again, and I turned around and told him I was going home, because if I ask him and he still does it, the only option I have is to remove myself. He changed his tune. But it was a red flag and if FDS existed back then I would have bolted.
