I can attest to the fact that most men I work with at the office don't wash their hands (the air driers are super loud so you definitely KNOW when someone has used them. Also our cleaning lady confided in us that she never needs to replace their hand gel or soap. Wtf!!!)

Had a boyfriend who I found out, after two years of us living together, didn’t wash his hands and proceeded to touch everything else in the apartment, including me, afterwards.

Bonus: before we were living together he once mailed me his socks that were too small for him. Later when we tried Skype sex (was a pickme...), he put the sock on the end of his dick in anticipation of, I can’t even say it because the memory is so disgusting. When I asked him wtf he was doing, he claimed that he definitely never did that with any of the socks he sent me.

I dated a guy a few years ago who was smart and came from a wealthy family. He lived at home. The first time I went over there wasn't any soap in the dispenser in the bathroom and I pointed it out and he looked like a deer caught in headlights/embarrassed. The next time I went over to his house a few months later his family had moved and again there was no soap in the bathroom (of a literal $3 million home) and I pointed it out. He said "my family actually doesn't believe in soap it improves your immune system if you don't use it" and when I looked horrified he tried to back pedal like it was a joke. Even the men who appear clean cut can be GROSS

There's an entire medical history behind hand washing and germ theory. Doctors used to go from autopsies to child birth without washing their hands and many, many women died.

If you can even begin to pretend that your hands are clean even though you don't wash them then you sure as heck aren't doing your share of housework. I mean leaving aside the issues of touching yourself to toilet and for shaving etc, and how seemingly clean objects are dirty, if you are doing your share you must scrub the toilet or mop the floor or clean up a spill or do laundry sometime. Just another LVM thing, another part of their pattern of offloading responsibility for making the world a good, nonchaotic place.
