Okay so this isn’t a very thought out post and won’t be articulated well either. I just wanted to say this to see what other opinions were and maybe help me better articulate my argument on this kind of thing.

So there’s a certain subreddit where you post selfie’s of yourself. I’ve no clue what the reason is apart form just getting validation from strangers. But looking through the subreddit, it’s all just women posting selfie’s. Some with cleavage or more sexualised. And it just seem so sad.... And pickmeish. Like I know growing up we’re all basically taught to seek the approval of men trough our looks and I remember growing up that’s what all the 12-15 yr olds were posting. Slightly sexualised photos of themselves to get attention. And from them I understand it, but from grown women?

Why would you want creepy faceless men online ogling you?!

I’m only 20 but I’m so glad I never felt the need to post that kind of thing online, seeking the validation and attention from gross boys as so many of my teenage peers did.

Anyways, any thoughts and opinions would be appreciated :)

Edit: cue scrote messaging me to tell me I’m ugly and that’s why I don’t post selfie’s like they do. Nice try little boy. Also, thank you for your responses!
