There isn't an equivalent effect for women who enter into male dominated professions. In fact, women who enter male dominated professions often deal with sexual harassment. I know many female machinists and women who work in tech, and a guy I've been seeing who works at a major video game developer company has mentioned the same. Also, women who join the military are often raped (if you want sources go get your own - I promise there are plenty).

It's men who keep women out of male dominated work.

In the emotionless robots part, it's mostly MEN that impose that on MEN. Why else do men have women friends or girlfriends (apart from sex)? Emotional labour. Because they cannot turn to their guy friends and talk about their mental health or feelings or come out to, but they can with their women friends or their gf / partner.

A lot of the mainstream feminism (I don't agree with it, but) or most women, don't shame men for having feelings, mental health issues and actually want to improve it. MEN created toxic masculinity, not women. Most women don't shame each other or men for having normal feelings. It's MEN NOT SUPPORTING MEN! But men will always find a way to twist things, or blame women for everything 'bad'. If they're not happy with it, then THEY should offer support to their male companions and hopefully receive it in return.

Many tend to be a bit emotionally stunted anyway :/

And that's usually an excuse they give when you talk about feminism or women's issues and hardships.

If males are oppressed then it's their own fault. Look at who holds most positions of power in society (hint: it's not women...)
I mean it has literally been proven there is a wage gap. Males love bringing up "WELL WOMEN JUST CHOOSE LESSER PAID JOBS!!!" even though studies literally admit there is a gap of around 7% that can't be explained by anything else, so it must be caused by employers consciously choosing to pay their female employees less than their male employees. Also even if it is caused by women just "choosing" worse careers than men then that is still a problem that should be resolved. There need to be studies into why women are going into these careers over higher paying ones? Could it be the way they're raised is fundamentally different than the way boys are raised? Could it be little girls get given dolls to play with while boys get given science kits? Hmm...
I guarantee 99% of the people out there telling males to man up are other males. If a male cries he gets told to "stop crying like a girl" or that he's "being gay". A male is "gay" or "feminine" if he expresses any emotion that isn't anger. It's not women saying those things lol.
I mean sure if you look at the law I suppose women mostly have equal rights, but just because legally women have equality doesn't mean that's the way things are. In civilised countries rape is illegal and yet most women don't leave their houses after 10pm in fear of being assaulted while men just get to live their lives free of that worry.

I love the idea that men are supposed to be emotionless.
