A few days ago I did a short writeup about my recent FDS success story and how I was able to get men to crave my attention and approval. Shortly afterwards I received several requests to elaborate more on my method and how I was able to achieve the results that I did. After taking some time to think about it I have now came up with a guide to my personal dating strategy that effectively allowed me to successfully reel in several different HVMs and make them absolutely crave me.
This strategy is a little different from other female dating strategies that I've seen in that it's a lot more active and requires a certain confidence and comfort with manipulation to be able to pull off successfully but if executed properly the results can be nothing short of astounding. I refer to this strategy as the **LURE** method, which is short for **Lead Undermine Retreat Ensnare**. If you want to know more then please read on and I'll explain.
First let's define some terms:
**NCM** = Normal Conversation Mode. This is the baseline level of any social interaction where both parties are actively participating. Basically the way that you'd interact with a friendly acquaintance or anyone else you're trying to be friendly with but not necessarily trying to attract or impress. NCM should be your base level of interaction with a guy. If any guy drops below NCM when conversing with you then that's you're cue to find another target. Likewise you should never drop below NCM when conversing with a guy or else you risk coming across as the bad kind of aloof which just inspires disinterest.
**VAD** = Validation and Affirmation Display. This is a display that's specifically designed to validate a guy and build him up emotionally. Common examples include giving him compliments, laughing at his dumb jokes, and acting impressed with the things he says. Giving off large amounts of VADs is pickme behavior but when used strategically they can be a valuable tool in FDS.
**CID** = Clear Interest Display. This is a quick but forceful and unambiguous display of interest that can be used strategically alongside a VAD to totally overwhelm a guy emotionally. This can be something like a touch on the arm, a brief flash of cleavage, or getting very physically close as you talk (especially if you're wearing nice perfume). CIDs should be used very sparingly but can be an extremely powerful tool under the right circumstance.
**RI/FO** = Reel In/Fade Out. This is the core of the LURE method. RI/FO is a conversational strategy where you begin by using VADs to get a guy to invest energy into trying to impress you (Reel In) and then drop back to NCM and let him continue trying to impress you as your energy level drops (Fade Out). Once the guy drops his energy level down to match yours then repeat the process again to bring it back up. If a guy ever fails to be reeled in by your VADs then you need to move on to someone else.
Now that that's out of the way, let's discuss the fundamentals of this strategy:
**Step 1: Lead.** During this step your first goal is to find a guy that looks both high value and (ideally) somewhat prone to nervousness and uncertainty. Typically you'd do this in a bar or other social venue. These qualities can be very hard to assess and require some trial and error but you can often use a man's body language, clothing, and the people he surrounds himself with as reasonably good measures. Once you've found a guy you want to approach, initiate conversation with a VAD and begin RI-FO. Before moving on, make sure that the guy is responding properly to your VADs and that he's the kind of guy you want to attract.
**Step 2: Undermine.** During this step your goal is to increase the man's level of tension and uncertainty. You've already given him some signs of interest so now you need to step back and leave him to wonder if perhaps he was misreading things. Start RI-FO but don't bother reeling him in again. Instead let the conversation degrade back to NCM and let it sit there for several minutes while you brush off and ignore any attempts at flirtation. Then, once the conversation has chilled considerably and the level of tension is starting to rise, throw out a CID (You can substitute a particularly strong VAD instead if you're not comfortable using a CID but it wont be as effective) to bring things back up as far as possible and signal to him that you very definitely are interested, at least for now.
**Step 3: Retreat** Now that you've made it clear that your interest is his to lose, fade out again. If you've done all the steps correctly then he should, at this point feel a very strong pressure to win your attention. You already showed him that you were interested before so now he'll be desperate not to screw up. His manhood is offically at stake now so he'll feel like he has a lot on the line. Keep retreating until he tries to ask you out or get your number.
**Step 4: Ensnare.** You've reached the endgame now. All you need to do is get the guy to ask you out on your terms. Because of modern dating norms he may try to either get your number without making plans or suggest something lame and low effort like a coffee date. Don't allow that to happen. If he asks for your number, laugh and ask him if he's asking you out. This will force him to clarify his intentions. If he comes up with something low effort tell him you don't know cause you're kind of old fashioned and would prefer a first date to be special. If you get any resistance than turn him down and move on; You likely did something wrong in one of the previous steps. Ideally he should be so desperate to impress you at this point that he should follow your cues of how you want him to ask you out.
If you follow all these steps successfully then congratulations, you've just made an HVM begin to want and crave you. Of course you're hardly homefree and there are always potential pitfalls that can ruin things for you, but you'll be starting out in a very strong and advantageous position from the getgo.
Now's where I need your help. Hopefully I intend to write more in the future about how to apply the LURE method in specific situations and throughout different stages of a relationship. What specifically would you like to see next or potentially see expanded on? Feel free to let me know!
Also if anyone winds up attempting the LURE method irl and has runs into any difficulties, just make a field report and ping me and I'll do my best to help out! LURE can take some time to learn how to apply and execute properly but with enough time and effort I think it can be mastered by anyone.
