I'm new to the dating scene after being married for a decade. I tried OLD because I thought I needed to learn how it's done now. It was a disgusting and eye-opening experience. I learned to block, delete, and move on pretty quickly.

I also learned that the vast majority of men in my age range are just looking to fuck and only want to talk about themselves and how I must be desperate for dick because it's been so long. They were astonished when I told them I was perfectly happy with myself and I wasn't going to waste time on anyone who didn't make my already awesome life better.

I've left OLD for now because I have enough trash to take out on my weekly garbage run without adding that mess.

Ok I know it's just a personal preference for me, and that with that much hair, you just have to accept your body as is, but Joe 24 right there makes me want to crawl back into my shell and never come out, and partly because most men (who end up being very hairy!) expect a woman to shave/wax most of their body.

Are men aware most women use online dating for finding relationships?

This made me think of the new tv series “Upload” which takes place in the future and instead of dating apps there are just hookup apps for one night stands, you rate each other’s performance, there’s no social aspect, and it is considered weird/lame to go on an actual date or have an actual conversation with the person. I think it was the perfect commentary on society and where online dating has and is heading toward.
