In one of my classes, we were visited by spokespeople from various groups/clubs. One of them was an all male mental health group where men can go for counseling, or just talk to each other about their feelings. When class ended, most of my male classmates went up to get more information.

This is what healthy masculinity looks like. This is potentially a sign of a HVM: one who is willing to take care of himself, reach out for what he needs, and be proactive instead of desperately looking for a woman who will do everything (and then resent her for making routine health checkups and trying to talk to him).

It gives me hope for humanity in general, not just the dating pool.
