The issue is men don’t know how to relate to women as people. They see women as objects to satisfy them, so they can’t just have a conversation with them. I blame things like porn which often depicts an attractive woman screwing the ugly troll. In short, behaviour can be explained by one thing: they don’t see women as people.

I really don't understand the logic because they are setting themselves up to fail. When has "hey baby how are you?" worked EVER? Even a really hot male-model type of guy standing on the street corner screaming that at women would creep people out. It just gives off creepy vibes. You immediately think "there must be something wrong with him if he thinks this kind of behavior is okay." Unless maybe if you have extreme pickmeisha-itis and ANY kind of male attention at all makes the happy chemicals in your brain percolate. I don't know.

My point is, these clowns KNOW this shit never works, they don't do it thinking the woman is going to turn around and hand them her number, they do it as an act of aggression and sexual frustration. And when the woman ignores them, as she should, they take it as confirmation of their own victimhood (cruel female withholding access to her vagina! How dare she!) and take it as license to lash out in anger and toxic masculinity.

They're expecting the rejection so that they can then lash out with the "b-tch!" comment. They WANT to abuse you. That's the entire point. Do you remember being a kid and there was always that one emotionally damaged asshole adult who always set you or some other kid up to fail so that they could verbally berate you/the other kid? (I hope you never had a person like this in your life) but it's like that. They're just looking for an excuse to hurt others. RUN from these people. They are toxic.

Things men have done when I don't answer:

-Threaten to choke me with his dick

-Threaten to call 911 to make sure I'm "okay" 🤡

-Use misogynistic slurs

-Spend time and money to submit multiple fake reports and get me banned from OLD (blessing in disguise)

The list goes on.

Go to therapy. Be better. They don't see us as human. They see us as tools to be used. They try to bring us down to their level. Stand strong ladies.

Yup I can't talk to most of my male family members for this reason 😑 once I quit being a doormat they're instantly threatened and the discussion becomes about them trying to knock me down several pegs because they've lost the upper hand on the situation.

This reminds me of growing up with brothers. Of we argued they'd start calling me names dealing with weight (I was a child and average weight) I couldn't understand why they didn't do the same with each other, just me. So it starts young. All I know is I'll never have my daughter be made feel the way I was.

Long time ago I was dating this guy. I was a pick me back then and I kind of fell for his looks, but we didn’t actually have a lot in common. After a few more dates he was constantly talking about roadtrips, how it would be fun and how much better it was than flying to the destination. I am not into roadtrips and I told him that. But he kept pestering me about it until I had enough. So I declined politely and he started name calling me and eventually blocking me. It was actually kind of scary. This made me very wary of guys and dating afterwards.
