Are people really this fucking stupid? If they were motivated by sheer evil I might be able to muster up some grudging respect, given the power they wield; but it seems most of these twits are legitimately clueless. Like the idiots who protested screenings of the Red Pill without having even seen the movie.

This could be a real landmark if Australian MRA's promote the hell out of the event. And every man should encourage their female friends and family to come along.

In Australia new groups such as the Proud Boys have been established which celebrate rape and decry women's equality. These are worrying trends.

I've always considered broad stroke awareness campaigns to be somewhat ineffective.

Pick a single issue, and raise awareness. Circumcision (although I guess Mr Yemeni wouldn't be in favor), suicide, homelessness, failing grades, fathers rights, reproductive rights etc.

Or be more original. Do a protest specifically to end quotas. Nothing else, stick to one topic, grab onto it like a pitbull, never let go no matter how many red herrings they throw at you.

At least thats how I see things.

This about the only reason they give in an otherwise very vague statement. But, yeah, masculinity is their enemy .. or is this a fake FB page. No, third wave feminism with all its unchecked emotional and verbal abuse is more of a gateway drug to the alt-right. Men who try to seek their identity in the current social climate get shot down and ostracized just for existing and those who try to go out and protest their point of view are met with this kind of shit. Women holding their fists in the air calling anyone white and male swine and pigs who don't deserve a voice.

It's not surprising some of them lose their shit and go too deep. That's what rampant hostility and hatred does to people. Modern feminism is on its way to becoming a hate group itself because the female equivalent of incels are incorporated into the greater whole and encouraged to continue to think irrationally and "fight" with whatever poorly honed reasoning skills they happen to have.

Personally, MRA didn't draw me towards it. I've been under the feminist spell myself and allowed it to cloud my perception of the truth and accept casual abuse from society. Feminism pushed me here. Some people don't stop here, some people get pushed so far that they end up filling the ranks of the really misguided men of the world.

All of these marches and protests profit immensely off of opposition. The only reason certain people even give talks at Universities is in the hope that there will be a protest.

People care much more about fighting than the issues.

There's currently a push in the media about women being murdered by their partners. Of course, it's a terrible thing but the media is pushing it as a 'crisis'. It's in this context that the counter protest will operate and be supported by the media.
