One hypothesis I have is that it’s possible that men finally showed up in droves to vote because they were tired of being constantly vilified by the left and voted against the Democrats. It wouldn’t surprise me if that was the case given how much the they have gone out of their way to support everyone but men and the only incentive they offered men to vote for them was because “they need to support women” without offering any kind of policies that directly support them. So basically this is men wanting to put an end to the left’s ostracism of them.

I personally did not vote for Trump but I understand why someone would.

This was above all a direct rebuke to the idea that women can build a world for themselves where they reap all the benefits of society and externalize all the costs and consequences onto men.

The future is not female and men are tired of pretending that it is.

Men do not exist to be allies to women. We have our own concerns and they will be addressed or we will remove our labour and votes from your society.

I’ve often argued that if parents truly understood the discrimination against their sons in education, it wouldn’t be seen as a men’s rights issue, parents would be screaming for reform.

I get that a lot of people don’t understand the discrimination, but what blows my mind is how many parents just accept boys are doing worse and worse and don’t bother to ask why this change is occurring. I don’t have a son, but I’m furious about this change. I don’t get how parents with sons can just accept it.

When media reports a female teacher committed statutory rape of a school boy, many commenters say how lucky he is.

The focus is on girls, the issues boys face goes largely ignored and even excused, even by parents.

The cartoon represents a man voting based on what’s best for his daughter and women in general, regardless of the negative impact it may have on his son and males in general. It’s reflective of the huge social bias that exists.

Anyone who is not a conservative grifter posing as MRA knows Trump is not a saviour of men. He will not dismantle the draft (SSS), he will not ban circumcision, he is not going increase funding for men's health, he will not punish female teachers who rape boys in schools etc.

That said, Trump winning is still marginally better because:

he might rollback Title-IX regulations like the last time and
it showed that one can't just run a campaign focused so overtly on worshipping women like Kamala did and expect to win.

I’m a woman and I have a boy and a girl and I voted for Trump. My son and my daughter both need a better future. But especially boys need to be treated well with the same respect that girls receive. What I see with both is that with my boy, the society, teachers and everyone else are much harsher and censoring than with my girl.

My boy is 10, very smart and he’s aware that they treat all the girls and other minorities better than him and his friends.

I am almost certain that my son’s generation will be ultra conservative due to all the wokeness and mistreatment that they receive from the society in general.

This needs to stop. Boys deserve care and respect from the society and so do men.

This, to me, perfectly exemplifies why patriarchy theory fails. This is not an uncommon or new sentiment. Fathers have always looked to do what's best for their daughters, with very little regard for what's best for their sons. And this on both sides of the aisle, because the men voting for trump probably think they're doing what's best for their daughters/wives too, they might just have a different view of what that looks like or just didn't get caught up in all the hysteria. The sentiment of men/fathers protecting the women in their lives isn't new. It's something that has generally been ingrained in men, either biologically or socially, for as long as there have been people.

People would vote for the boys if a policy regarding the banning of getting a vasectomy (which strongly implies the intent to have sex purely for sexual gratification and not for procreation) or making masturbation a crime for the killing of potential human life was on the ballot but it’s not.

Men are getting a bad rap atm in the USA. So are straight people. So are white people. So are mothers. So are Christian people. Everyone gets a turn of the poison tongue. One hundred per cent true that the "social value" of men/boys is at an all-time low. Poor morals are to blame. A good woman who loves her man, is a good mother and wife, good life partner shouldn't ever support our strong men and boys being put at risk either unnecessarily or for an extended length of time. Hopefully sense will win through. Our men can stay home with their wives.
