The problem is that the biggest misogynists are women themselves as they are incredibly competitive with each other. A lot of feminist hate is simply older women hating on anything that advantages younger women but without hating on younger women directly. That's why you see age-gap relationships being demonized and articles like in the OP. Its driven by jealousy and self-loathing more than anything else.

This isn’t some clever “gotcha.” It’s just two quotes from the same woman talking about two different experiences, mashed together by guys who refuse to understand context because it threatens their fragile little worldview.

Let me explain this slowly:

Catcalling is not respectful social interaction. It’s public harassment, often sexual, threatening, and dehumanizing.

Feeling invisible as a woman in a culture that trains her to tie her worth to male attention? That’s a completely different issue—and it’s a reflection of toxic social expectations that men also suffer under, by the way.

But instead of grappling with nuance like grown-ups, a lot of guys here default to whining:

“Women are never happy! Boo hoo!”

Nah. What you’re really saying is: “I don’t want to grow. I want women to like me without me having to be decent, self-aware, or emotionally competent.”

If you think women are irrational for wanting safety and genuine connection, maybe you should sit with the fact that you want sex and submission, validation and silence. You just think your contradictions are normal, because they’ve never been challenged.

Mens Rights = Poking fun at the least charitable possible interpretation of articles you didn't read based on headlines.

If you read it, the seeming contradiction in the headline is actually part of a point she is making. Now of course you would not agree with or like the point, but it's not just a complete self-contradiction, she is making a point.
