Or is it just not ok because it's on the front page of a newspaper? Because I can nderstand that. You wouldn't ever see a rape joke about women on the front page of a newspaper.

Rape jokes can be funny. I found this one funny and even laughed at it. We're not here to be offended by jokes like SJWs. Yes prison rape is a serious issue that needs to be addressed, but there's no issue in making jokes about it. The same goes for literally everything else. The only problem I see with this is that it's a front page news story using a joke in the title. I'd expect a bit more journalistic integrity but I don't read this newspaper and so I couldn't really care less.

If you want convicted pedophiles to be subjected to rape - Then codify it in law as a punishment, otherwise it's bullshit and should not be part of the punishment.

I'm not taking a position on what rapists or pedophiles "deserve", I'm saying whatever the society in which they commit those crimes believes they deserve, then it should be codified into law - otherwise we are just a bunch of fucking hypocrites when we point toward the barbarity of places like the middle east.

And I thought it a funny joke - not making excuses for it, but I strongly believe any convicted criminal should only be subject to the punishments outlined in the system of justice under which he was tried and convicted.

Rape jokes aren't always funny, but I don't see the whole issue with rape jokes vs any other joke about illegal activity. It's just that certain people feel that it's the worst crime in the whole world. I don't get it, don't get me wrong I see why it's bad and stuff. But to label it as something that cannot be joked about is ridiculous.

As for this joke, yeah I'd say it's pretty funny. Could be other wording that would make it funnier but it is funny as written.

I do think that this specifically has less to do with the idea that men deserve to be raped in jail and more to do with really bad people who do terrible things deserve to be raped in jail.

Now I think the biggest differences are that he is not the victim of rape..or at least not yet.. He's a child molester and deserves what he has coming. The problem with rape Jokes are when they make fun of the victim.. Who cares abit the predator
