I’m sorry to read about what you’ve gone/ are going through.

I’ve never gone through anything this serious but I have had a girlfriend that threatened to call the police on me and hit herself “and who do you think they’ll believe?”. I broke her tailbone once in a fight that she turned physical. She told people she fell down the stairs, taking out the trash.

My experience with women — I’ve had 10 girlfriends — is that you should not be financially tied to each other in any way. The appartment, the car, everything should be in your name only. That way as soon as they disrespect you in any capacity you warn them ONCE and kick them out if they do it a second time. The toxic relationship I had was one where I was dependent on the woman in more ways than one and had to endure her insufferable c*nt until I had sorted things out. That was a relationship in which I withheld sex. Thank God for endless porn.

Automatically no one will care about any of the past, no matter how she may have emotionally or even physically abused you. It’s just sadly the way it works for men, and we can blame psychotic men who hurt their wives for that one. It left no sympathy for those men who are actually hurt and abused, because no one trusts them.

In the eyes of the court, sorry to say but you’re most likely fucked. Especially if police were involved and you got locked up for it. I’d do the best you can to find a great lawyer & therapist to get through this. I hope you can get through this.

I was alienated from my friends and family, moved to her hometown, had kids and a house, married. She emotionally and psychologically abused me for years. And at times was physically abusive, but I could defend myself from that mostly.

She never wanted to discuss separation, I was told "we'll talk about it later". And the discussion never happened.

I self harmed, was on medication, therapy. Therapy in fact focused my attention to her being the source of my failing mental health as she continually pointed me at my childhood or my job.

She tracked me by telling me to send her WhatsApp pins, and I stupidly did. She recorded every day I was in work or off in a calendar. She was on my phone constantly, and has deleted most evidence I have of her abuse.

Told me if I said anything about her excessive drinking our kids would be taken into care, told me nobody would believe me because she is Dr Jeckyl to the outside world.

So many nights of torture. One of my biggest fuck ups was not phoning for an ambulance when she told me she took a full box of paracetamol. At least there would have been a third party record of me calling for help and she would have been clocked as very drunk that evening. No nothing, I didn't phone as she the said maybe she hadn't, and kept me worrying all night if she was going to have liver failure and die in the coming days.

The fear of breaking apart the family, of changing the status quo is a big obstacle for us, and these women don't seem to care, they see it as getting rid of us and keeping everything for themselves.

Professionals cannot understand the source of my mental health decline that only happened in our relationship, to me it's pretty obvious. For a man to descend to the level of becoming abusive (in the woke sense) there is an underlying reason. I've never hit my wife, though less stronger men would have, just mouthed off in retaliation, telling her to stop it.

Anyone in a blue pill relationship, know you're not safe. I was reading Mensrights long before this happened in my relationship and I honestly never thought it would happen to me. Never. Just online horror stories.

I was such a fool for loving her, the malice and hostility is unbearable. It's likely I'll never see my kids again now, as she has lied in court and convinced the judge of her lies and my truth has been disregarded as "women can't be abusive".

The constant contradiction in her own statements and dates that don't line up are completely disregarded.

She has an antisocial personality disorder, looks most like a vulnerable narcissist. Plays the victim until she is on top then laughs at me in pain. Sits there crying in court with screens around her then outside is stood on her own in the open laughing and joking on the phone.

She wants to control me still after separation, and can only achieve that with our kids. How is it this not glaringly obvious to professionals?

Can we start some other movement or charity that focuses solely on this? I know the media don't want to know, but we have to raise awareness of what abused men look like and what we go through. I've got the cash and the drive to start this charity right now. A men's refuge, a place we can go when we've had enough, a place with all the information about what we can and should do in these circumstances. Then open muntiple others in areas where there are a lot of 'abusive' men as I guarantee not all of these are genuine abusers, but falsely accused. I think this used to be known as the 'Pub' - UK Public House. However the advice given at pubs now is banter at best, abuse at worst. Advice I was given when I complained about my situation to an old gentleman was "give her the back of your hand" I chuckled nervously and said, yeah... that's not an option.

And no men cannot be raped /s, else she would also be a rapist.

Kids are going to be as messed up as she is when they're older and I can't do anything to solve it. She will 100% blame any issues on me even though I read only there for the first couple of years of their lives.

I've said it before, there's nothing for abused men, absolutely nothing. And we need to be stronger and leave these women whilst we're still in good standing and haven't slipped up.

Because some women have a plan to get what they want. They then have a checklist of evidence needed to prove abuse and they then goad you, over and over until you snap and they start checking that list off. Once they have enough it's the Police, kicked out of your house, no kids, and you're not believed once. Checkmate, you're then forced to behave like an ATM.

This is probably extremely politically incorrect but it seems like there's a rebound effect in minority groups that were repressed where they feel justified in repressing their oppressor. Often the level of oppression can be magnified or distorted as well.

I'm so sorry you went through that, and I wish I had known you personally then because I could have helped you: Both my mother and father were diagnosed with NPD. There's one rule in dealing with them, and that is they do not care about anyone or anything other than themselves. Everything they say and do is for them, not you or anyone else. And, they view other people as being on this earth only for them to use ad they wish; and to this effect you're either a stepping stone for their advancement in life, or, God forbid, you're a road block - if that's the case they will do everything to eliminate you from their life - some, like Jodi Arias (the Arizona woman who murdered her ex-boyfriend) went all the way - most people with NPD are more than capable of this as they do not feel love, and generally have the emotional age of a toddler (interestingly, sometimes their physical expressions and behaviors reflect this). And BTW, Amber Heard was said to have been diagnosed with NPD too and sadly, our society tends to put such a heavy ideology on masculinity that men's mental health tends not to receive the attention it should...
