There are dating apps for famous people, where the girls on there (non famous ones) have to very attractive to get access to.

There's a world of rich and famous people that normal people by design don't have access to. Exclusive clubs with huge membership fees, parties by actors who invite other people in the business, random hangouts on tours or parties after a tv show wraps out. Some of them can just have a house party and invite people in their circles or on their level. So on and so forth.

These places aren't necessarily that much nicer than places normal people have access to, but a big part of the point is normal people don't have free access. Models and actors and other famous people can essentially just chill out and not need to worry about getting mobbed and be with other people on their own level.

Though in the case of those men I think another element is that female models and actors can be way more disposable. There's always a new crop of 20something models and there'll always be a new it girl because the demand for that specific niche is so much higher but the number of things they can transition into to remain relevant isn't necessarily that great. If you strike out with a hot model there'll be another one along before too long.

There's been a few cases where some of this was revealed. On multiple occasions, Justin Bieber commented on a girl's Instagram photo and asked her out.

I'm sure it's much more common to send her a DM. These was a while catfish than happened where the Birdman (an NBA player) was talking to a woman on Instagram. Some celebrities use Instagram as a dating app, messaging any random woman they find attractive and seeing if they can take it anywhere.

Can't speak for every single celebrity. However, generally speaking, at that level of fame and wealth, the "average person" becomes a nameless faceless mass. This isn't necessarily an intentionally dehumanizing thing, it's just that when you're famous you have nowhere near enough time to interact with any random person that would talk to you. So what happens is celebrities filter out most people and create inner circles and social groups. People that you have no way of contacting and that aren't on normal social media (or if they are they have professional/alternate accounts, and other ones they keep private).

So, a celebrity has a social circle filled with people at or around their "level", within which they interact, date, and basically do all the things normal people do.

So generally speaking people like Leo aren't just on a public app like Tinder or cruising bars trying to pick up random chicks.

I was watching a podcast and a celebrity/athlete mentioned his social media account gets DMs daily from beautiful women. All he has to do is message them back. I'm guessing he has someone verify they are who they say they are before meeting but it's an endless line of women.

Dicaprio generally dates young models and actresses looking to get more exposure, he probably meets them through some sort of agent. There’s a theory he’s gay and the women he dates know it, which I don’t know if that’s well-founded at all, but tbh kind of would explain why all these highly desirable women keep dating him despite knowing he dumps every girlfriend by they time they hit 25.lol Gay or not, it seems to be an arrangement of sorts where they know being his girlfriend is a limited-time thing, he’s not going to marry and have kids with them but they are getting media attention.

A lot of celebrities meet on the set of movies they’re both in, or parties and events they attend together. I’m sure some meet on exclusive online dating apps and such, but I’d say generally they have a large social circle and don’t need to do so. I’m sure some ask an agent for an introduction, but in the context of an exclusive event/party, I don’t see why a celeb might not just approach another celeb themselves. They are living in a different world from the rest of us, but they’re still people and have friends and socialize directly too.
