Yes, clearly this is the inherent male honor system at work. Fuck young girls, leave them to fend for themselves when they get knocked up. Marry a woman, but leave her to marry a younger woman after a few years. Leave your teenage daughters in huts of their own and encourage strange men to fuck them so she can learn how to make men love her. When you die, have all your wealth burned so you can show off, while your widow and family starves. Yup, men are just born better people, more honorable and logical than women. Edit: Also we can clearly see, protecting the virginity of their young women is of the up most importance in this patriarchal society. Well no shit. No one thing in the world is ever going to solve ALL of societies problems. And if we are talking about society problems, I thing out of everything in that article, women having sex seems to be the least of their society's worry. The whole burning everything someone owns to the ground once they die seems to be like a way bigger issue. Even with the story of the 12 year old former rich girl, her issue wasn't that she was expected to have sex with men, it was that she was poor as fuck and couldn't feed her family since all her inheritance was destroyed.

This article is nothing but "women-have-it-worse" alarmism. No-one claimed that ALL of society's problems are solved by giving adult men sexual access to teenagers and preteens, except maybe a couple African warlords who believe that it'll cure their AIDS. Adolescence fertility rate in Madagascar is not higher than "anywhere" in Africa or in the world; there are at least two Central American nations where adolescent fertility rate is merely two times lower.

There's very little that can be taken from the media article in this day and age.

And gladly, we have such sources as Index Mundi that estimates mean woman's age at first birth at 19.5 years, and median age at 25-29. x Which is exceptionally high for a nation with fertility rate of higher than 4.

Yes, there are exceptional and rare nations and ethnicities that manage to consistently raise exceptionally awful men. Sorry we didn't kill them all during colonialism.
