Objects don’t have power. Men with power aren’t treated as objects. Men are often treated as money/labor objects by certain women, and by men in positions of power over those men, however.

Also, truly strong and secure men don’t have a need to make anyone feel “less than.” A woman is much safer alone than with a man who tends to put her down and act like a bully. She’s far more likely to be hurt or killed by a husband or boyfriend like that, than by a stranger.

Power can apply to everyone though. Beauty, age, grace, etc. all carry social power for women. Fitness and knowing how to keep your body in shape is power. Intelligence is power. Charm is power. Experience and skill are power. Soft skills like de-escalation and being able to encourage and support others are power. Anything can be power if you can use it right.

And we all want someone whose power complements our own, in whatever dynamic we prefer. No one wants a dogfight for a relationship.

You're right in saying that women are valued by their body and looks, generally, by society. All the rest that you said was garbage.

Here's the thing: women are valued this way because we live in a patriarchal society. We don't want to be viewed that way. We don't typically view men that way, either.

Generally speaking, women want relationships that embody emotional connection, compromise, intimacy, etc. Looks are a very miniscule component in selection criteria for those looking for a long term relationship.

Unfortunately, rather than stepping up and learning to mature emotionally to be a good candidate for a partnership, many guys go the other direction and make weird claims about evolution and biology to try to make sense of women's increasing standards. It's not working. As society advances, women are reaching many opportunistic milestones and no longer have to settle for the emotionally disconnected man.

I have seen so many men jump through the most outlandish hoops in order to justify how they treat and view women, despite women literally telling them very clearly and directly that we just want to be treated with respect and dignity, not like objects.

Women are primarily valued by their body, looks, and age.

Clearly not as different body types, different looks and different ages are in relationships. Yes, if you want to make yourself believe it, you can pretend that these aren't the majority, you can pretend that all women are good-looking with good bodies and young, and other women are just taking care of cats. Convenient.

Equally, for men, there are tons of fat men, skinny men, working-class men, and poor men that are in relationships or married.

Not to mention that before getting a boyfriend most women, if not all, live alone and feel secure and safe. They have their own jobs and money, so even the idea that they need a man to give them exactly what they have just make-believe.

I absolutely understand those men that wish they could turn back the clock when women were shamed to move out of their parent's house, where they couldn't get jobs that paid well, where society was in on the secret that women needed men. Women needed their money and safety.

Clearly, that's not the case now.

Even the past is kind of a glorification of the past, but at least it's something we all do, we see the past with colored glasses. We think if the past came to be we would be at the top, able to single-handedly take care of our wife and kids with a single income :)

More correctly, men are success objects. What attracts men to women is a combination of looks money and game. Only men who women perceive to be highly success in multiple areas, already successful with other women and highly financially successful are very desirable to most women.

As a man if you treat a woman like a queen she treat you like peasant. If you treat her like celeb she will treat you like a fan so you always have to demonstrate or display high value.

as a woman, i can say this is not universally true.

at the end of the day. i want someone who treats me right. typically when a man leads with the image of power, he's a douchebag even if he doesnt appear to be at first.

While I do agree that women are figures of beauty, so are men, in the sense that men's looks, body and age matter as much as a woman's.

The trend is that each represents power. Muscles, Money, Personality and etc. Whatever that woman believes to be strong is what makes her sexually attracted to that man.

These traits you listed aren't what make women attracted to men. Women (and men to an extent) are attracted to looks and height, the traits you listed are just what women subconsciously tell themselves about what made the man attractive rather than the things that actually makes him attractive. In other words, how much a man attracts women is already predetermined by the woman and the traits you mentioned can't artificially recreate that attraction, but those traits can boost the attraction

Men must lead with what the other party truly wants and that is power. Mainly what men have to do is treat women as less than to represent power. Women enjoy this because power is the only thing that can promise them security and safety ultimately.

As I said above, the other party (women) truly wants a physically attractive man not a "powerful" man. The average man shouldn't treat women as less because she will simply dump him and find another man, while the "powerful" man would probably go MGTOW.

Women don't need security and safety in modern society. They definitely don't need "powerful" men to protect them. In modern society there as no beasts that need to be hunted or wars that need to be fought.

Women, very generally speaking, like a masculine appearance and masculine personality traits. The good news: what those are is in part of matter of perception and is highly variable. For example, I fixed a thing at work once. It wasn't difficult, just no one took the time to see how it fit together. Now everyone there thinks I'm a mechanical genius. I don't know anything about mechanics, but I don't tell them that. Perception is variable. Similarly, I'm an utterly average guy. Average men are like an ink blot; women see whatever they want to see. Very experienced women will recognize that this isn't a high achiever. But not so experienced women (average women) may project masculine qualities onto average adam .. or they may not.

tldr; you don't necessarily have to have "power", as long as you appear (and act) masculine enough that an average woman can project her (hopefully positive) fantasies about masculinity onto you, and that bar (for appearing masculine enough) is a bit of a sliding scale.
