At first I identified with her fantasy a bit, because I really like shy beta men too. However after reading her comments, it seems like she gets off on the power of being able to hurt them. I'm not convinced that she prioritizes their feelings in these encounters. Also, I don't think I would like someone doing this to me, because I would undoubtedly get attached and subsequently heart broken. So I think it is morally wrong unless the men involved have independently sought her out for her 'service'.

As an incel, I'm torn.

It sounds like them being unattractive and upset about it is a major point for her, which would essentially make it pity sex. No thanks, I don't want pity sex. totally fine. Actually, I think I'm going to go with "actively increasing world happiness". I think most incel men would massively prefer to have sex like that and be dumped no-contact than not to have sex at all. If you want to be in the sexual/romantic game, getting dumped is part of it. As a man, I was reading some of the comments, and many of them chided the OP as being mean and hurtful towards men. But does that make her any worse than women who might tease and flirt with a man but then refuse to have sex with him?

I also have to wonder: Since when have very many people cared about a woman being mean or hurtful towards men? Most of the time, that sort of thing is treated as a joke, something to make fun of - all these "butthurt men" - whiners and losers who can't get laid.
