So I thought of this question after watching a video on Instagram. It was a video of a guy at a crowded bar. There was this girl in front of him and he was about to ask her out and right as the girl turned around to notice him he backed out and looked the other way. The comment section was flooded with comments saying stuff such as "stop approaching women in public", "will men ever get the hint that we're just not interested in them", "im convinced all men are creeps" among others. Now I know you have to take everything you see and read on the Internet with a grain of salt. But the amount of people commenting stuff like that is absurd. Another thing I took away is that most of the people complaining were the same age as myself (early 20s). I read an article that women still like being approached but not in public such as at work or grocery shopping but more so social settings like bars or clubs which so happened to the place in the video though. I have heard as well that many woman are just brutal with turning guys down. Rather than saying no thanks they just laugh in guys faces or are just rude for no reason. So should men continue to approach women?
