Including but not limited to:

Platitudes, or just common feel good cliches

Things that have some truth to them, but arent quite nuanced enough to have much value

Straight up lies, or misleading advice youve been told (Paging all reds)

Things that are not talked about much, that are not apparent that you figured out later in life. Lightbulb moments.

The main discussion I am interested in is, what are the misconceptions, how you got to that conclusion AND how you decided to navigate after learning the truth.

Some demographic information would also be nice to know to add context if relevant, but not necessary, like age, gender, pill association, class, country etc. Interested also in perspectives we dont often hear from, like LGBT, non american/non westerners etc.
