I'd suggest building your own business instead making you a slave to a corporation.

I disagree. It is quite doable to start small and increase your business. I started my business with no capital at all.
There are many paths available in the first word with no big capital in need.

Start as an apprentice, save money and invest a small portion of it. Perhaps not waste your 20s partying. Develop an expertise and consult on it.
I started with nothing. Not that I continued to grow with nothing. ;)

I agree. Having boundaries how people treat you is both valuable AND needs to developed through hard (emotional work).
But I would not think of a person who let other's treat him or her like garbage a bad mthrfckr. I'd rather change my opinion of this person being such a mf.

Because it is necessary to live up to ones potential. Without meditation practice your attention system is underdeveloped.
Perhaps, we have a different standard.
Longterm? I think yes. And together with training indicates discipline and will to hard work.
Perhaps, we have different interests or standards. One need fodder to be a serious partner in a conversation. If you don't nothing what do you have to say?

Perhaps, there is a misconception. I don't refer to high value people as the average person defines it. I mean the actual top crop.
Good for you! But I am not referring to your standards for yourself but what you mean by "high value people". I don't mean a person becky in the pub finds hot but the actual top people of the population.
This would be an example of the Dunning-Kruger-Effect
Yes. Nothing.

It is not about the intrinsic value of checking the list. This is a small list of what you have to do if you want to achieve certain traits.
My grandmother never lost her calm as long as I can remember. That made her a person who is valued by us other people a lot because she is a source of calmness and care. She told me a lot how hard it was in various situations to keep her together.
If you don't train 5 to 6 times a week you would not achieve a body that is attractive way into your 40s and 50s. Men for example tell the story of the female that is not turned on by looks the same way men are. But show them a man who trains 5 to 6 times a week and their juices will flow much more freely. My standard is to look in a way that my woman gets turned on by just looking at me.
I work 60 hours per week and see my woman quite often. At the same time, I signal to her that I am striving. When we procreate I - of course - reduce my professional work but don't work less in general. But how could she trust in my will to work hard (family is a lot of hard work if you invest in your children properly) when I don't have the intrinsic motivation to work hard in general? I wouldn't trust a woman to be a good, hard-working mother if she just tries to enjoy life as a single woman.

No. You're wrong. Take your post for example. You don't live up to your potential if you as less work as you claim to do.

"Science says" is not a good reference. But even then: Correlation doesn't equal causation.
I can attest you: In my social circle such a lifestyle is the norm and rarely somebody is gets even a little sick.

If somebody earns 10,000 per months and works 2 hours per day it is an awesome achievement. But at the same time a lazy person who does not live up to his or her potential.
Working a lot is not about earning a lot of money. It is about legacy.

Perhaps, I am a bit too much of a "normy person". But I like to be a person who can provide emotional calm, support as well as material ressources. I also want my partner to be turned on by my looks. So, I ask myself what I need to do to achieve this and put in the work.
I have standards myself. I like a big butt, want a partner who is industrious and to whom I can talk without falling asleep. Therefore, I practice myself what such a person wants. (No industrious person would partner up with a lazy person).

I think you are thinking more of a principle value. In that regard I agree. People have intrinsic value.
But there are traits that are generally desirable. If you want to be physically attractive you need to put in the work. If you want to be an interesting person to talk to you need to have something to say (educated). Etc.
Or put more negatively: A lazy, overweight person who does not strive to improve is not a person who increases his desireability put decreases it through a bad lifestyle.

Why do you ask?
I don't troll. The Corona will show the lack of health especially in the US. I think you in the first world have somewhat lost that life needs preparation. I hope I'll be wrong.
Half of my family starved to death just two generations ago. I think eating healthy in an environment of ultimate comfort (at least compared to all the other parts of the world and all the other times) is not very much to ask.

I heared those as rumors about the poor American state of education.
Perhaps, I have a different concept of education. I mean more like something: Being comfortable discussing ethics and knowing how life works (basic understanding how brain and mind works, knowing how to keep ones body healthy, to cook etc.)
