How do I beat approach anxiety? Lately, I've been seeing a BUNCH of hot girls pretty much everywhere I go, and I have a ton of free time after finishing all my projects & homework for the semester (I'm in university), but I can't work up the courage to approach them.

Is there any material about the specifics of social demeanor? Body language, how to communicate, maintain relationships (romantic, plutonic,, or professional), or etiquette (Like if a manager takes you out to lunch, meeting and greeting people in a professional environment, etc.)?

I grew up moving from place to place about every 6 months or so. Now that I am in a stable environment a glaring issue has come to smack me in the face: Whether just by lack of skill or due to an as of yet undiagnosed condition I have a hard time reading social situations, and often end up confusing whoever I am talking to and myself.

Here's some shit that I have recognized that I do and am already working on fixing just to give you an idea.

Stare. Literally had a staring problem. When people I approach me I stare them down with a blank expression until they speak or walk away. Bad in corporate environments (unwelcoming, creepy, damn he needs a coffee). Also doesn't help that I am 6' 2" and an athletic 215#s.
Conversation flow. I get the vague sense that there is some subtext to every convos, but fuck if I can tell what it is. I exchange information then blank stare until they're done talking. Sometimes I don't get it, and my responses devolve into one word answers until the person frowns slightly and walks away.
Communication- not just convos, but when and how often to communicate with those that I would like to court some kind of relationship, romantic, platonic, or professional. Years of ghosting people makes it hard to carry on going conversational -
Relationships -. I don't get it. Generally I don't want to be around people, until I do, but by then people assume that I'm a standoffish asshole and get confused (at best) when I ask them to hang out. Am I supposed to want to be around them more? Should I text them just to say what's up?
General empathy-. I find it hard to relate to people, but that's not the issue. The issue is that I find it hard to act like I relate to people.
General demeanor. Ive been described as outwardly rough, angry, brooding, cocky, weird, creepy, aloof, and told that I joke and laugh to much all by the same group of people. Maybe I'm bipolar? Idgi.

I have Asperger's. What makes it worse is that the way I talk and interact with people, they get the vibe that I'm retarded (my gym partner even told me he knew I didn't have that many friends from the way I talk). I do lift and take care of myself, which definitely gets me IOIs. Pretty much, physical attraction wise, I'm all set. It's the social game that needs work. Any tips?

How do I find a high quality woman? Why do I even need a woman in my life?

I have my PhD. I own a house. I have a great salary. I am working on my body. I have a good group of friends. I love my hobbies.

Every woman I flirt with ends up being so disappointing. They're boring, uninteresting, and uneducated.

Its been incredibly frustrating trying to find one who matches my level at all. It's like, I have so much to offer how the hell are you going to add to my life at all?

I'm meeting women with Masters degrees who somehow aren't working. They have no interests and it's like they went for their Masters just to put off entering the working world. Most of the women I meet in bars have their BA and are working dead end jobs hoping that Bobby beta bucks is going to sweep them off their feet.

I refuse to be Bobby.

And every woman with a PhD I meet is married, so I'm not going to mess with that.

How the hell do I find quality women?

And then, I keep asking myself how a woman will improve my life, and I'm just not seeing it. All she'll do is drain my bank account and my balls. I can do those two things myself, and actually improve as a man because of it.

Thoughts on Adderall/amphetamine-based stimulant use for ADHD-diagnosed individuals? I had my diagnosis a year ago, been on and off meds ever since.

They suppress my emotions, I begin to miss them, I go off meds, can't focus at work or home, performance suffers, I go back on meds, begin crushing every aspect of life, and begin to miss my emotions again.

I've cut down my dose as much as possible -- I'm on 30mg/day, one pill in the mornings, and still considering dropping to 20mg and trying to coast without throttling performance. Alternative meds, strategies, any advice?

I notice a lot of TRP talks about "escaping control". I feel a lot like a robot... Ready to receive commands and execute them flawlessly, but largely reduced in my capacity for executive logic and delegation unless I'm working within a framework someone else made to decide for me.

Would welcome any thoughts.

I'm 19 years old from Puerto Rico. I have been reading the resources, and already I started improving myself by lifting and meditating. I have not yet worked on approaching women since logistics are mostly against me.

One thing that has me in a bind is college(I'm in second year.). My dream job is to be a certified ethical hacker. The degree I chose for a public college I'm in is, of course, Computer Science. But what's the problem? I have realized that the resources about computer security that I'm looking for are completely low to nonexistent. Not only that, but I realized that one can still make a living in the compsec industry by acquiring certifications, self-study, and experience. Even if I'm on full federal scholarship, that scholarship will be gone by the time I hit 3rd to 4th year.

I just LOVE the theme of computer secuirty so much that I would rather shut myself in learning and experimenting everything all about it.

So what then? Stay in college or drop out? I have already planned the route to get certain certifications in a set order. I also established contact with a compsec executive consultant from a private company to supply information and internships when I need it.

I have three questions.

1: How do I overcome laziness? I barely do anything outside my required subjects(Homeschool where your meet with a teacher every week) I believe it's the biggest block in the way of many people's success and I would certainly like to get rid of it to start working on one of my two business ideas or a book and after those eventually the stock market.

2: How do I get started on fitness? Right now I only do pushups, situps, and every couple days a cold shower when I brave myself up. I heard that lifting weights is bad when your growing and I have no intention of hurting myself. This also ties into #1 as I also want to run a mile each day.

3: On sexual strategy, I'm 14 and a Christian, so my current plan for that is to somehow find an LTR, to do this when I'm older I plan to spin several women(no sex) with the main goal of finding an LTR, right now I'm only applying the basics, being confident, looking them in the eye, etc. Is there anything wrong with this plan? To clear this part up, I don't currently want to do sex, I have never had any sort of relationship with a girl and right now I don't want to focus on that. This was my plan for the future to find a girl that marriage material. As a Christian, I don't really believe want do pre-marital sex either.

How do I live for myself when I subconsciously hate myself?

I've grown up my whole life believing that deep down I'm bad, unworthy, and selfish. Anytime I make a mistake or feel like I offend someone I feel a deep sense of "badness". Sometimes I'll even feel a sharp physical pain in my chest. Even if I believe I'm right, I can't handle the feeling. I believe I'm weak and inferior for feeling that way, fueling the cycle. This makes my social interactions complete shit, as I'm avoiding rejection the entire time. I simply get crushed by any form of social pressure or disapproval.

I started lifting a couple months ago, meditating, and joined a self defense class. I've also read information here on TRP, NMMNG, but have done very little implementation of the core ideas to real life. I'm trying to build myself up, but continually get self sabotaged by my limiting beliefs.

I have no idea what my looks based SMV is; I'd say at best a 5. I recently moved to my favourite city in the country where i seem to get looks from girls. I don't get a single look from a girl (>HB3) anywhere else in the country. The multiculturalism here is a big positive factor.

Are the girls looking at me because they consider me in their league, or above their league? I only really get looks from nerdy/alt type girls and that's entirely my type anyway (yes yes AWALT). I don't get looks from HB7 or above and i don't look at them myself anyway.

I've been on public transport with chads and they don't get looks except for women who he might consider banging/similarly leagued. Lower SMV women aren't looking at him, why would they bother? Unless Chad opens them himself, it's just a fantasy.

My game isn't too bad and i can turn girls on more when we talk, but i am asking purely aesthetically here what is going on.

When I read something in TRP I feel really good like I am actually applying the things that I learned. But I realize that what really happen is either i am getting information that I dont have people(especially girls of course) around me to apply that knowledge or I read about approach tactics, having good conversations, anxiety stuff and i say myself ok I am ready to go out and talk everbody that I want to but nothing happens. I cant find a way to start communication with someone that I dont know. The reason of this is not mostly about anxiety but I found myself as a ordinary person who has nothing to share with other people. And when i look my past this seems very true to me. When I look the life I am living now having few friends it again seems to me true. I have read some books, watched plenty of videos about self improment and have bee reading here. Started to work out 2 months ago but since i cant take action nothing change in my life. And this 'I am spending my time on improving myself and I dont get anything from it' situation made me feel like desperate even sometimes think about suicide. Any advice saying more than "go out and start to talk to people" will be very good for me. /I am 23 years old and last year in university/

Hey guys, how do you deal with being off social media completely? I deleted my facebook and instagram last year and I've been loving it. I have so much more free time and I'm much more productive.

But every time I meet someone (girls especially) and we get along, I get asked for my FB and/or instagram/snapchat. The conversation usually turns south after I tell them I'm not on any social media. How would you explain it in a manner that doesn't turn the opposing party off?
