In terms of lifting I've found it extremely hard to get myself stronger. On 5x5 I got up to 77.5 kg before plateuing, then changed it to 4x8 and progressed until I got to 70 where I began failing again. My other lifts are okay (130dead 115 squat) but I just don't know how to go higher.

Having not understood the concept or purpose of shit tests (male and female) until recently, in hindsight I see plenty of failures.

In the longer term relationships (friends, colleagues, romantic ones) can one dig out of a "shit-test deficit" and what's the prognosis and how can I estimate how long it'll take to "get out of debt"?

I'm a lurker here and was looking for a quick advice.

A few days ago I read some 'sex tips' thread on TRP, where using a blindfold to thwart woman's sight in order to enhance pleasure was praised.

My spontaneity is failing me. I've been improving my frame internally, I have been gaining confidence through my habits. How many times should I ask to hang out before stopping?

Met this girl in the same office building as me (skyscraper and she's ten floors up and at a different company). I've been hitting on my best friend last month. She said she was interested but was just ending a relationship. For a man who has decided to never marry or have children, and wants to wane the "need for female affection" off as much as possible, what are his options? What would be the most effective way to keep those decisions solid in your life?

After dealing with various types of women in my 27 years, I have come to despise them deeply. For example, I refuse to believe anything a woman says (regardless of how trivial) until I could prove it right myself (due to my belief that they are immoral and self-serving), and I find myself quickly irritated when around them (even strangers).

Knowing this, I think it would be very selfish and irresponsible to date, marry, or become a father with one. Also, since I like pussy (sometimes), I try to consume porn more often so the feeling of getting the real thing goes away (saving me the risks). But I feel eventually porn will get old, and I will become susceptible to backslide and get myself into trouble. I has happen before and I don't want it happening again.

Are there other things I could do or read to repel the innate need for a "companion" in the future? Being 27, I would be a fool if I think I can keep this behavior up. I just don't want to lose control and get caught slipping one day and fuck my life up.

Could use some advice on how to reassert my (37/M) frame with a girl at work (25/F). I took some bad advice from a friend and now need to realign.

She transferred here a few months ago, didn’t really know anyone and expressed interest in me. She likes to give me little shit tests. For the most part I don’t put up with her attitude because she is very attractive and knows it & I have dealt with that enough not to encourage that behavior. I know she’s definitely interested because she is looking for that provider figure. I am the alpha male at our job, I’m very outgoing, the most popular guy at work, very well respected and successful.

But this girl can be immature. I have a rule that I don’t friend people on my social media until I get to know them because when they see photos of where I live or that I am good with kids (very close with my nieces and nephews) their priorities get out of whack. I’ve had to smack down a lot of gold diggers and women looking for a baby daddy over the year. I know I irked this girl because I didn’t friend her months ago. Over the holidays, she was away on vacation, I reactivated my old Instagram and she came up as a suggested friend. I sent her an invite but regretted it, so I withdrew it. She still saw that and I knew she got upset because she made her account public and blocked me. I was talking to a friend during lunch about this girl and they looked up her IG and saw it was public, I looked it up and saw I was blocked. I hate petty passive aggressive shit like that. My friend said because I instigated it I should explain and apologize. I let it slide because I had bigger things to deal with at that moment, but I did text her (mistake) when she got back. I told her I was planning on asking her to dinner (something she’s been hinting she wanted me to do) but I can see she was upset with me and I apologized (big mistake). She didn’t text me back for a few hours but when she did she played dumb. Which was BS because I as soon as I texted her I was magically unblocked on her IG. I wrote it off but was pissed at myself for listening to my friend because up until that point I was confident in my frame and now felt like I came off as an orbiter.

So when we came back from the holiday I pretty much ignored her the first day. The second day I did the same thing, reasserted my frame at work and joked around, but gave her zero attention. A co-worker came up to me and started talking to me as I was heading at, at which point the girl walked up and inserted herself in the conversation and tried to joke around with me. I was cool but I have been ignoring my embarrassment for acting like an orbiter and looking at her with a smirk on my face. I’m trying to portray this aura of I am a confident man who caught her acting immature and find her amusing. This has been pissing her off because I am giving attention (and receiving attention) to all the women besides her. I want her to feel like she needs to earn my affection. That she’s lucky I am even looking at her. If she’s looking for me to pamper her I need her to understand that I view myself as a King looking for a woman worthy of being my “Queen”, not a pet.

Do you think I am doing the right thing to reassert my frame? I went out with a different girl last night to re center myself but I would like some advice from TRP to see what I can do to make sure she knows her role with me.
