I have been eating a lot less due to illness and money issues recently, which means I have lost a lot of back/shoulder/lat/bicep muscle but almost have a defined six-pack. To give you an idea, I am 5'11 and 140lb (17 years old). Is it reasonable for me to eat less for another month until I have the ripped six pack, and then do a healthy, clean bulk for about 6-8 months?

Men are more affected visually and for the most part will stay "physically" attracted to the girl even if her personality sucks. What I mean is, men would have no problem being intimate with any woman no matter how bad her personality.

For women, (correct me if I'm wrong) but the emotional connection plays a dominant role in their attraction to a particular man. What I mean is, at first a woman may be attracted to a good looking man, but if he turns out to be lets say a jerk, or lack in confidence, i'm sure you'd agree she won't feel that attraction anymore even though he is physically still looking the same

I habe been lifting for 3 minths now on a 5x5 routine. Started to hit plateaus so began to decrease weight and increase reps (also noticed tendons around joints getting sore). Anyway, been lifting hard as shit, but now have a new issue. Deadlift today at 235 (shooting for 2x8) and got a sudden extreme headache after the 4th rep. It was bad enough to cut my workout short. This has been happening with other lifts as well. It is really pissing me the fuck off!!! That is the first time I have EVER quit on a workout. Now the day is fucking wasted. And these headaches are getting worse the more I lift. Any advice out there??

Financially, I save 75% of my earnings. Being a minimalist I never not have money for things, but I feel like I'm earning far, FAR less than most red pilled users.

Is there any way to break out of the 30-50k range and into the 60k+ range with the following limitations?

-No education

-No will to get an education

Currently dealing with getting a new partner (40 year old chick, feminist, some SJW traits etc) assigned to me at work (I'm a paramedic and who your partner is pretty much glued to your hip) she is new at our company and has 15 years of experience over me and a higher certification (she sucks at her job but constantly uses this in any argument)

Anyways problems have been arising and she is constantly challenging me on issues and in how we do day to day operations. She has claimed I'm incompetent and not comfortable in how I handle patients for reasons that are stupid and insignificant and mostly cites how I differ from how she was trained at her previous services

Besides me requesting a new partner which is uncertain if I'll be able to get due to the small size of our service how should I handle her challenging me?

my divorce was final in feb of this year although we had been separated for a few years before that. my problem is i find myself really missing my wife even though i could write a book about all the crazy shit shes done over the last 22 years. she had manic depression and it was a full time job cleaning up after her messes. she would wreck her truck decide to dig a pond in the back yard or paint the house 9 different colors. that would be a fairly average week. the worst was when she would get violent and break windows in the house and basically go insane after an argument. it was hard not to be resentful after years of this and i just became not sexually attracted to her even though she was beautiful . i felt like i was raising a rebellious teen instead of having a wife. toward the last i had some affairs with other women because of the lack of sex and she knew about this. after years of screaming for a divorce she finally filed last year. shes now moved away and living with another guy. ofcourse this guy is the most amazing man on the planet and they have some sort of super love according to her. my problem is even with all the shit i loved my wife and i feel like shit when i should be happy. i feel like ive lost my purpose or something. i have passionate i terests and i keep in shape but i cant shake this crap. ive been on here for over a year now and i know the nature of women and i know how i should react to this but im still having a tough time. hoping i get some advice on what im missing. thanks
