Well, she can always claim she replied only to calm you, because she was afraid of you tracing her down and raping her again, or whatever. Fits the narrative re: "not all rape victims react the same" and "she was in shock so it's understandable". You can take any precaution you want. And by any means, do it. This is something I've thought of quite a bit.

In this guys circumstance it wouldn't have helped (sex at her place), but I've thought very seriously of getting a hidden recording device to prevent this issue. There are online merchants that sell motion detecting "nanny cams"/recording devices that will start capturing video as soon as they are triggered.

It's not ideal I know, and it might not even be admissable evidence, but responding to a rape claim with "no I didn't, I've got it on camera" would be a nice failsafe in the off chance this occurs. Would probably make some girl think twice.

I'm not even advocating this for personal pleasure or even reliving the moment, but in today's day and age a man cannot be too safe or have too much protection from false claims that can damage his reputation.

Just look at the Jian Gomeshi trial. He used this exact strategy: document document document. It burned those haridans who tried to use the justice system to exact their petty revenge. But in the aftermath of the trial, what do we hear? "The system is flawed! We need to change things to make it easier to convict rapists [lol] instead of letting them walk!". And how do you think they will do that? By making anything that the accuser says, before or after, to be inadmissible. This will include safety texts.
