Let me give you some hope kid. What you have seen can’t be unseen. It is what it is and you will be DRASTICALLY better off down the road for seeing it now.

The important thing is to stay the course and one day you will wake up and none of this will bother you as much. You will accept it. And learn to actually have fun with it. Use it to your advantage. While a lot of what you said is true, don’t let those things make you bitter.

We shouldn’t harness resentment towards women, no matter how tempting it could be at times. We should love women.

I get the fact that these facts you’ve talked about are sobering, and can be quite depressing when you look out at the way most men and women treat their relationships (or lack thereof). However, a big part of what TRP is all about is in fact, loving women. It’s just the circumstances, and the actual way we love them that is so different.

Take it from me as a married guy (trust me, I know the M word isn’t that popular around here); I’ve been married for several happy years. I still lift every morning bright and early, pour myself into my career, my faith, my kids, my outer circle (friends, parents, younger brother), and you better believe this rooster runs his coop.

Keep doing what you’re doing. Hopefully one day you will find someone that you can see yourself committing to long term if you’re into that. If that’s the case, just know that there is a way to show women affection, love them, and most importantly lead them...without feeling like you’re breaking some RP rule.

The anger phase occurs because your expectations are still out of synch with reality. You are expecting women to behave like men - with reciprocity, honour, and rationality - and then getting disappointed when they do the exact opposite every single time.

I'm in my 30's and regularly encounter people who have been through divorces and either unhappy or failed relationship yet we can relate. They expect that i'm where they are and I have to explain that I am not but I was warned in advance and that's why we have a similar understanding as him, while avoiding the horrible financial losses, among other drawbacks of being in a serious relationship before 30.

'We' are a minority in the world and have to accept what that means when marriage, children, being in debt towards those goals, and pursuing other traditional goals are viewed as the ultimate end. I’m in a similar situation to you, I’m 20 and had mad oneitis for this girl which led me to finding TRP and implementing the necessary changes in my life to improve myself daily (both mentally and physically). While I am still probably in the late anger stages I can wholeheartedly say that my life is 100x better since finding out about TRP and extracting knowledge from the information readily available to us that almost always leaves us with cold-heart truths. It’s difficult to unplug from the deluded society that we live in today but I think swallowing the pill makes you more equipped for life as a man in today’s society than being plugged in your whole life and even in preventing certain situations in the future that can be destructive to your wellbeing. The reason for that is 2 effects.

Women want a strong man who can protect them, because they are physically weak. Girls like lovey dovey, too, but if you can only do lovey dovey they lack the protection aspect.

It is good that you are channeling your anger into lifting. One advice i will give you is to start meditating. Right now you are of the worldview that women are deceiving creatures and all men are inherently pure hearted. It is a simplistic worldview and it is okay to have a simplistic worldview.

But gradually you will begin to realise why you held that worldview. And as that realisation hits you will begin to mature. We all want the world to be the way that we have imagined it in our nice little bubbles. The truth will set you free. Knowing what you do when you're 18 is more beneficial in the long run than finally putting the puzzle pieces together in middle age as I've had to. My only retribution is to teach my son (not much older than you are) the lessons I've learned. A saying I have heard goes something like this "Life's not fair," which is followed by the following continuation " . . . and don't you ever forget that."

Striving to be your best, lifting, focusing on career, etc. will give back. Focus on those things that will give you a return on investment. Women will rarely do that. Relational dynamics can become clouded when all you want to do is "do it," especially at your age. (Been there, dealt with that). I've only now discovered it in my mid-20s. Thankfully have not been divorce raped or suffered any significant losses (besides tons of emotional pain/frustration coming from the BP matrix slowly cracking over time).

Hi, thanks for sharing this, it was interesting to get your side of things - something women don't often get to hear in such an honest way. I appreciate you talking about your life experience. Although some of the things you said are hateful towards my gender, I respect you and want to understand what led you to this point. I'm sorry on behalf of the person who made you feel this way, sadly some people never get apologies as people are usually too proud to admit when they've fucked something up (it takes a lot of courage to admit you are wrong about something - you have to feel pretty secure in yourself)

Now for a question:

Is sex with a female all it takes to make you feel so happy you are no longer afraid of anything anymore (further rejection, ostracism etc.)? Human beings need to live more enriching lives in order for their brains to be mentally healthy, so having sex alone won't fix that - there are lots of miserable men who have sex regularly. I hope you can take away at least a small part of what I'm saying and I wish you the best of luck and I hope you feel better :)
