This is a text on why NoPorn is essential to a healthy attitude towards girls. Of course it only matters if you want to get more girls in real life. May be you've have already heard some arguments against porn, here are some that I've found to be most interesting/important.

 

1. Porn changes your expectation on women.

This is the most important factor. While in reality you are only seeing limited number of women, there are limitless amount of naked desirable women from all around the world on the internet. Why is not this a good thing? You starting to compare women that you can get to the women that don't exist in your world. Think about this: if you only fap once a week that is approximately 52 different women that you've seen naked and had desire towards them. You can adjust that number to your fapping frequency. Now compare that number to the number of women that you've actually been with for the same amount of time. I bet that this number is a lot smaller.

In your head you are this stud who gets girls any time he wants. Yes right know is not your best time, but you've read trp material, it's only a matter of time when you improve yourself enough to get all the girls you always wanted or better yet they all come to you. At least this are the words you are telling yourself.

But let's look at the reality here. How many girls you did already get and how long it took for you to get them? How many of them really made you happy? Even if you would became "best version of yourself"^tm would it be possible for you to find 52 brand new women a year without using hookers? (I'll talk more about hookers later.) Let's face it, this number is unattainable for anybody who is not a world class rockstar or something like that.

So with porn you are basically train you brain to expect much greater number of beautiful women that you will ever get. When your expectation won't meet reality you get sad. Everybody does. So, think about how many girls you actually need (I bet, the number is totally lower 50 a year;)) and how many of them you can get given you current situation.

 

2. Porn programming your brain to cuckolding.

If the girl you like would ask you: "Hey, wanna come to my place and watch me getting fucked by a guy that I just met?" what would you answer?

Yes, girl on girl and solo action are better in this regard but still you are making yourself this guy in the corner who can watch but can't touch.

 

3. Porn worse than going to a prostitute.

You'll only go to a prostitute when you have the money, so you work to get the money and help the economy. Going to a prostitute also makes you more decisive. You learn to take responsibility for your actions that are not appreciated in our society. And you learn that you can like women even if she has flaws or her tits are not the right size.

 

People masturbated without visual stimuli for centuries - you can do that too. Or better yet don't masturbate at all.
