At this point we’ve all heard it. Women date up. We’re all aware that women will branch swing, often even when there is just a short term benefit. Women date opportunistically. There’s examples of this everywhere if your eyes are open... but this story may shock you.

You’re Never Safe from Hypergamy

No matter how high you think your SMV is, someone out there is higher status and has the capability of cucking you into oblivion. Your girl may even find a man she simply perceives as higher status and sleep with him before finding out he’s a loser. With that being said, here’s a story for you.

Today’s story is about Nathan Horton, a professional NHL hockey player who played from 2003-2014 for the Boston Bruins. The man is 6’2” 229 lbs, all muscle. To be frank, I don’t know all of the details of his life. I would imagine he spun plates at some point and never had any difficulty getting girls. Over his career he had 203 goals and 421 points. That’s rock solid. He was a first round draft pick.

At some point he decided to settle down... And with a total smoke show. Who could blame him? He had everything. The sport, the girl, the money... you get the picture.

Now his teammate, Tyler Seguin has long been notorious for slaying women. The man pounds new broads almost every night. I watched a video walkthrough of his place and he has a closet dedicated to women’s items left behind. Not joking. Great looking dude, professional athlete.. yeah it doesn’t take much game for him to pull.

I think you probably know where this is headed. A woman married to a prestigious professional athlete risked it all to hook up with a man she knew would probably never date her, marry her, etc. She fucked her husbands teammate and came crawling back for more. The proof of it happening to this day are simply texts which made it evidently clear that she wanted to hook up - AGAIN. She was willing to risk everything she had for sex with someone new and above her husband.

Now I’m not really sure how things played out after this. Tyler was traded to the Dallas Stars shortly after and Nathan retired. I’m pretty sure he’s still with his wife.

I didn’t write this up just to scare you. The main takeaway here is to never stop improving and always be aware that your precious LTR is willing to branch swing the first good opportunity she gets. Best solution to that problem? Spin plates! Abundance and DGAF indifference are key.
