Look ahead 8 years. She's 42. The youngest has turned 18, so it's likely the child support has ended. She sounds like she's too sick to work, so she might be on SSA disability. If she's not, then there's no income. If you marry her, she loses whatever taxpayer healthcare she had, so you damn well better have extremely good health insurance to cover her dialysis.
