Trading favors for sex is fine with context. If this is happening on rare occasion… no issue. If it’s frequent read on. She is already thinking of having sex regardless of whether you do the favor or not. She is manipulating you to do a favor which is fine, everyone participates in manipulation one way or another.

I would be concerned if she starts promising things and not delivering and then you may have a problem with it and are exhibiting outcome dependence.

Don’t do this. Maybe after you’ve gotten yourself on track and sex is abundant you can joke around with the favor stuff but assuming your starting here, you probably want to avoid any kind of ‘provisional trading’ for sex.
