I agree with these statements but being an "Alpha Male" isn't something dating only it's your whole life, career, friendships etc. There are going to be times you will be less than an "Alpha".

First off, this post is a part of the seduction sub reddit so it goes without saying your goals are either to get laid/ find a beautiful person to be with. The post in brackets also says in life. The alpha mindset is applicable even there and it is not gender specific. The foundational aspect of this mindset is confidence and the willingness to take risks and constantly be out of your comfort zone. The only part where I would slightly disagree is ‘saying whatever the fuck I want’. That is situation specific and care and caution should be exercised in that particular sphere. More so as not to offend the delicate sensibilities of people’s subjective sense of self.

The first five are not "alpha". It's just how any normal person behaves, really. Number 7 is good, but you'll find yourself asking for help from people, there's no shame in that. I agree with number 6 to the extent "don't over analyse what you say", but I hope people understand that it doesn't give them the right to have absolutely no filter, you can come off as an asshole. Don't mistake being an asshole for being "alpha".

Biggest "Alpha" I knew was a beast of a man with a heart of gold that loved his wife and kids and ran our training college for new firefighters. He wasn't out running game on loser females. Integrity just oozed out of him.

I surround myself with some of the most alpha men in the world (I.e SEALs, Marine Recon, Delta). They don’t do any of these things. They are very soft spoken, humble, and kind. They don’t ‘say whatever they want, because everything you say or do has consequences. Meanwhile you’re probably up on the bar with your shirt off beating your chest. Keep being ‘alpha’ we get a good chuckle from watching you.

Can't you see how the fifth point contradicts to most of the points? You don't need to make any conscious efforts to give any value if you consider yourself as someone of high status, i.e. alpha.

Just leave the fourth mindset and forget about everything else.

"Alpha male" gets thrown around alot, you hear it so much in the self development industry and here too.

Fucking a bunch of girls does not make you alpha or having Girls approach you.

Ive worked with men you would call alpha and the last thing on their minds is status or fucking girls, their focused on the job at hand and called out those doing wrong and where great leaders.

One thing that is important to know about number 6 is that we as people have a hard time coming up with a response on the spot especially a witty one.

That's why Say This Not That is a book, granted it's more about stressful life situations, but regardless it emphasizes the point that people can suck at responding well to a conversation without preparation.

That's why it's important to have something like an opener, something where you can prepare for every outcome of an opener, and not leave her hanging.
