Keep it simple, don’t overthink it: you’re right that she has other options and you should, too.

But I disagree that it’s a test or game. She just doesn’t think about you. Just like you don’t think of the women who are attracted to you yet which you have no interest. This is not a (shit) test, especially if you haven’t had a date or had sex with her.

I found this hard truth when out of nowhere a woman texted me and fucking swearing and yelling that I ghosted her and blocked her number. I was like “TF? Do I know you?” She thought I was playing some sick game on her months before. But I didn’t. She’s just ugly. She never came up to my mind right after I blocked her. Not even the slightest.

So when a woman ghosts me which some did, I just assume I’m “that ugly” to her which is surprisingly revealing lol. I don’t have to obsess with her then.

I just swallow the rejections as bitter vitamins that made me stronger. Nothing personal. Both men and women reject and get rejected all the time.

And if they ghost you it means whatever you talked about was interesting but you weren't attractive enough or she may have looking for a rich dude,

There are girls who have already decided what they want and are focused on it like guys ,

Ghosting is a consequence of the natural human desire to avoid discomfort. Both men and women do it. Having to explain to you that she's no longer interested in you can result in an uncomfortable situation, especially if you react poorly to being rejected, so it's much more preferable for her to simply disappear.

She did not show interest. She showed she is willing to see if there was something there (read: she is available and you arent repulsive). After checking she established you werent interesting to date or sleep with.

Bro are you me right now? I’ve been dealing with this with the last like 3-4 matches I’ve been getting. Most recently I matched with a girl, talked on the app for a few weeks and then gave her my number. I don’t know what it is, but everytime I give a girl my number after talking on the app for a while they immediately ghost me a few days later. I’m getting annoyed by it.

The girl I was talking to that I just gave my number to over the weekend hasn’t messaged me back. The convo added at me saying “alright cool😎.” I don’t know if she expects me to keep the conversation going or what but we haven’t talked in a day going on another day.

Do girls seriously think that it’s just up to us to keep the convo going and expect us to do everything? So sad.

It’s all about value, women want instinctively a man with higher value than themselves. Basically they want to chase, or their attraction will fade. Are you more invested than her, that says to her ape brain that you are lower value than her. And of course, the ape brain makes them test the male constantly, to be sure the male on their side is still high value, doesn’t make a difference if you just started dating, or are married 20 years. The more unsure the ape brain is, the more tests you will get.

Not even gonna bother to read that but all i’m gonna say that’s helped me is don’t take it personal. At the end of the day it’s easier said than done because that’s engrained in our human nature. But the moment you stop taking that stuff personal the chips will fall into place.

Women on dating apps get 10x as many matches as men. And they get approached IRL while most men virtually never do.

So single women always have options. Single men usually have few to none.

Therefore, it's not always a game. Sometimes you just don't stand out to her because she has vastly more attention being thrown at her than you do.

You might think you've developed a special connection over an evening of texting but right before you ask for the date another guy messages who's slightly better looking. She's not gaming you by then ghosting you. She is probably sincerely conflicted in what to do next. Because she has more options.

It's only after a few dates (i.e. 3-10) where you should start to see significant loyalty and reciprocated attention. If she's still unsure of her interest after one or two months, obviously bounce at that point. But during the initial contact and over the first couple dates, you certainly shouldn't expect much. She doesn't know you from Adam and maybe a dozen or more guys messaged her between your first and second date. Not worth worrying about.

I had this problem. We had great banther and she even brought up sex. Then she tells me she wants to take it slow. It felt like she wanted me to wine here and dine her for quite some but. I did listen to her and slow it down. But now it's like she's lost interest, and I did too. We even hold hands and we both delt the chemistry. But yeah that's basically what I'm doing moving on to the next one. She has my number, last text I sent her was I hope you find someone more loving and caring than me. Also mentioned that I did like her. We in our 40's I'm not going to play kids games, it kind of felt that way too. She wants me to chase her. I'm too old for kids games. I respected too and didn't mention any of my negative thoughts about her. So life just goes on.

Some women on these dating sites are there for validation to boost their ego’s and kill time, they have no intention of meeting. Some are emotionally scarred from a previous relationship and are just there to test the waters, again many have no intention of meeting.

Why do you assume she is single?

She already has at least 2-3 potential boyfriends (maybe even one boyfriend) + you, so she has to decide who is the best. When she talked to you, she liked your attitude/personality/vibe, but once she talked to other guys, she better like someone else. You would do the same thing if you were in their shoes.

If she doesn't reply, wait 2 days and send her another message... if still nothing, then wait another 3-4 days and try again, if still nothing, it's time to forget her.
