a bit off topic, but maybe it will be useful for you: when it comes to women, numbers on the scale don't say anything, unless you're actually obese/really overweight.

because we have a fat distribution that's completely different from men, AND from each other, you can't predict how a woman looks like just by her weight and height. i weight the same for the past 5 years, but because my fat distribution kept changing, i look completely different than 2 years ego, hell, even a year ago.

also, our bodies are sensitive to even the slightest change of the hormone levels, so if i have a bad luck with it sometimes, in the morning i look like a full moon, i am bloated, it seems that i have cellulitis all over my body etc.... but then in the evening i suddenly look snatched and even though I was eating and drinking during the day, i can weight up to 1 kg (2.2 lb) less than in the morning.

To the extent it matters to you for attraction, then you have just as much of a right to ask her weight as she does to ask your height. In both cases it usually comes off as superficial and tactless. Be glad that such a person exposed herself this early on so that you’re aware of this quality about them.

As a short guy, I’ve stopped being annoyed by this question. It usually frustrates me because my answer to the question will usually result in being ghosted by the type of girl who would ask that question in the first place. But hey, we all have our physical deal-breakers, right? Although I can’t change my height yet a girl can change her weight, a girl also can’t change her nose if she has a giant schnoz that ruins my attraction for her (without expensive surgery). So if I believe a woman should give me a chance despite falling outside of her typically preferred height range, then I too should give various physically unattractive women a chance despite falling outside of my typically preferred beauty standards.

If there aren’t any full body pics on her profile you can just say your only into women with a fit body type. Some women are into fitness and actually happy to talk about it. This is just the nature of the game. Women can afford to be pickier than men because the two sexes evolved with notably different roles in reproduction. Women have to carry a baby for 9 months, give birth, and breast feed for years and become principal caretakers. Men have to copulate for 5 minutes then can run off. Women are drastically more cautious on average.

As long as a woman isn’t horrifically bad looking she could ask almost any man she wants on a typical dating site to have sex with her and the vast majority would say yes. A typical average looking man that reaches out to large numbers of women just asking for a first date and not even sex would get ignored or rejected by most women he asks. This is on top of the fact that men are 10x as likely as women to sign up for the dating apps in the first place.
