The days when I work on my business and make the average persons weekly pay in a day, the hard nights at kick boxing or jiu jitsu, the lonely nights reading and playing guitar, or going out by myself.. those are the most character shaping moments of my life

OP of this post is an experienced man who learned life through pain and struggle.

The only times I got laid, or got any result at all in any sphere of life, was when I stopped concentrating on emotional baggage bullshit and started to actively and aggressively self-improve, for myself.

When I was a teenager my family fell apart because of a divorce, and I was so shattered because of that. Every girl I talked with felt that I was a walking concentration of pain and anxiety, and it really showed in my behaviour. It just was so damn painful to lose my family and it literally killed some part of me back then. Rejection after rejection, disappointment after disappointment, I understood that there was something fundamentally wrong with me, and l started to look into myself. I understood that I was a child. A 20-year old child who couldn’t get past his trauma. And women don’t want to date a little boy, they want a man. And so I started to build a man inside myself, erasing doubt, erasing fear. Embracing the pain of being a man in a cruel, grey world. Learning and honing my skills and building habits which would benefit me in the future. And then when I stopped giving a shit completely whether I will be alone for the rest of my life or not, girls started "noticing" me. Even the ones who friendzoned me before. I got my first girlfriend because of this. Because of the shift in mentality.

These are trying times we live in. Too much suffering and pain. Do yourself a favor and focus on yourself instead of chasing girls. We have only one life. So live it decently.

So, I want to ask for your thoughts on this.

I don’t chase women, because I don’t find a single woman through body or facial appearance that makes me want to spit game. I don’t have that natural attraction to them, so I never approach. I just act accordingly. Women love to be desired by someone, so me not doing that makes seduction and sex impossible unless they’re throwing themselves at me.

I’m fine without women and minding my own business. The only time I want them is when I feel I’m missing something because everyone else got a woman they fucking and I’m trying to fit in.

I know a guy who will comment a cheesy line on every post a specific girl makes. Comments like "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥" and "my princess" and "wow!" He's practically twice her age (they are both over 18) and buys her stuff left and right. Even ends messages with her with "Your Highness ♥♥♥". She's way too nice to tell this guy off, and just lets him do his thing. Shows him friendship energy back.

I'm friends with her, and I will tell her she's pretty on occasion, but that's as far as I take it. She's a very nice person, but what turns me off for her is that she's social with so many guys to the nth degree. Doesn't sleep with any of them, but can bury herself in her phone around her friends (not just me). She had over 350 people wish her happy birthday on Facebook alone. A few guys (like myself) she is close to, but it gets annoying when she is constantly trying to communicate with someone.

This is the one I've really struggled with the most especially with women. I'm not afraid to speak my mind most of the time and I genuinely am proud of what I've become and achieved.
