Ok but you’re actually moving forward with these girls right? Getting attention doesn’t mean anything if you aren’t going on dates consistently. I went through a phase where I was getting tons of attention from women but I didn’t know how to move things forward.

Also women don’t chase men in the same way men chase women. Women generally won’t lead the interaction, they like to be lead.

I'm glad it worked out so well for you!

For me (M24), it's been the complete opposite experience. Was underweight and gained quite a lot of lean muscle mass and improved my style, became more confident, etc. Chased the man I needed to become and now I am it.

But yet, the better I become, the less attention I get IRL. Women were decently friendly to me in the past, now they treat me like I'm a bear or something.

Tinder is another story though, huge success compared to before my changes.
