Never underestimate eye contact. It took awhile for me to figure out what all the fuss was about, but it's way more effective with girls then you probably think. And it works at every step of the process:

Don't know them? catch their eyes, linger for like 1-3 seconds, then smile. They are now ridiculously intrigued. Why did you smile at them? Who is this guy that looks at what he wants unwavering? If they look back your way, catch their eyes again (bonus points: wink ;) at this point, you can walk up to her and pretty much say anything, you're already in.

on the date? Eye contact saves you so much work. If you're not sure what to say, just meet her eyes for a few moments of sexually charged silence. Smile at her, break it, start up conversation again. Anything you say will sound brillant because she's just thinking about why you were smiling like that at her.

want to go in for the kill? lock eyes and smile like you want to throw her against the wall. I knew I was doing it right when girls started asking "why are you looking at me like that??" while getting a little flustered. look at her left eye, then right, then mouth, bam! mouth spelunking. (the eye-eye-mouth is called triangular gazing.)

Been on a couple dates, trying to get to know her better? Lock eyes with a slightly puzzled look, then ask her a deep question. The eyes just add so much depth to whatever you're doing. Know what you want, let your eyes convey that, and then act on it.

quick edit: laughter is a huge bonding point between people, and I've heard so many girls say how important laughing is to them. If you're joking around with a girl, you're laughing, she's laughing, she'll definitely be considering the two of you together. This is also a great way to initiate playful pushes, etc that are great starting points for kino. (Just to elaborate on bl1y's points a bit, thanks mate)

EYE CONTACT. It's amazing what it does. /u/srdnisnw said it very well, but I guess I'll throw in my two cents.

It's amazing the things that can be said without saying a single word. I have a lot of specific "looks," which are VERY distinct and mean VERY specific things. This isn't just for "fuck me" eyes - you can use it to express confusion, mock disdain, amusement, as WELL as fuck me eyes. Once you have these down it's really down to having the courage to look the girl in the eye and trust that you DO look how you think you look, that you ARE portraying the message you want, that you DON'T need words to communicate what you want.

You just have to know what you're trying to say, then make eye contact and it comes naturally.

Look into her eyes when you talk to her, give subtle but obvious touches, first to her arms then her hands then her body. Smile at her and make her laugh. Make fun of her and play punch her. Grab her hand, pull her in close, kiss her.

Eye contact. Start practising today. You will learn as you go.

Tip: be the last to look away.Usually it takes two to three seconds before the girls looks away. If it takes longer, break contact because you spotted something more important. Tip 2: Do not stare but look. Really look at their eyes. What's their colour, the shape of the pupil. How are they looking at you. Study eyes. Tip 3: Smile, gently. As if you yourself are almost unaware you are smiling. Imagine you really like them and put that into effect.

Now a girl will be looked at intently, with a warm eyes. It al conveys confidence. Can't get more sexy than that.

Definitely staring her down after giving an IOI. Sometimes after playful negging, the lady will be less inclined to take you seriously. To reconcile that, and demonstrate a sexy confidence that she wants (and if you feel that you can afford to do it given the context), tell her something about her that you're genuinely attracted to, and give it to her. Don't brush it off. Be still, strong, let it sit, and maintain eye contact. That's always worked for me when I see that I've gone too far negging, or if she doesn't feel like I genuinely care in the moment.
